Here's what happened last week on General Hospital in a weekly summary for the GH episodes from November 10th to 14th, 2025

Here’s what happened on Monday, November 17th, when Trina figured things out, Curtis saw something that made him cry, Laura slapped Dalton, and Dante went off on Gio.
What Happened on General Hospital
At the gallery, Kai came to see Trina and asked what had her so worked up. She said that she was going to tell her parents the truth about being at Drew’s the night he was shot. She thought that her parents’ strained marriage was because of Drew, and if they knew the blackmail material was gone, the strain about be gone, too.
Kai wasn’t so sure that telling the truth would prevent Curtis and Portia’s divorce. He pointed out that Drew knew he didn’t have leverage, and her parents would know that he wasn’t pressuring them anymore. Trina questioned why they’d still be getting a divorce. Kai pointed out that Curtis had an alibi, but Portia didn’t.
Trina couldn’t believe she was having a conversation about the possibility that her mom shot Drew. She thought she knew her parents, but now wondered if she knew them at all. Kai said it was just a theory they were considering, and nothing more. He said if she told them the truth about being at Drew’s, they might tell her a truth she didn’t want to know.
Gio and Emma came to the hospital to find Dante, but Britt grabbed Emma’s arm. She gave her a yank and said they needed to get a few things straight. Emma told Gio she’d meet him upstairs and then told Britt the next time she grabbed her like that she’d break her wrist. Britt ripped into her about being the one to get Rocco to steal the fob and was to blame for him going to prison.
Britt noted that Rocco showed sudden interest with her was because she was working with Dalton and sounded hurt at the thought. Emma told Britt that Rocco wasn’t a user or liar, and he wanted to believe she was a good person and get to know her. Britt went back to ripping on her for Rocco’s arrest. Emma told her she was sorry but Britt said from experience, some mistakes you just have to live with.
At the polling station, Laura was telling Elizabeth about Rocco when Nathan came and told her that he personally checked Rocco into juvy and got him his own room. Laura said this was all because of this Dalton guy. She insisted that Rocco was telling the truth about not trashing the lab.Laura voted and then thanked Nathan for helping. She was about to go to lunch when Liz, but Dalton walked in and said that Laura was going to have a hard time protecting her grandson now that she had lost the election. Laura said she would wait to see how the people voted, but told him that if he thought she had to be mayor to protect Rocco, he was mistaken.
Dalton made a spectacle of being the victim and goaded Laura to lose her temper. As a crowd gathered, she yelled at him, calling him a liar. The crowd pulled out their phones while Dalton kept looking around for support as Laura told him off. She slapped him across the face as she threatened him that framing her grandson would not end well for him.
Lulu ran into Bobbie’s and told Carly that Rocco may be headed to prison if she didn’t do something drastic to stop it. She said that two witnesses could attest that there was no damage to the lab: Danny and Charlotte.
“Do I risk my daughter to save my son?” Lulu asked. She worried that if she tried to save one, she could condemn all three. She related it to being so sure in the courtroom with Michael and it turning out so wrong. Lulu cried on Carly’s shoulder, unsure of what to do.
In the courtroom, Ric told Sonny about the plea deal that was yanked off the table. Sonny barked to Turner, “Why did you double-cross my grandson?!” Carly told her to do whatever she had to becasue prison would change her son forever.
Ric accused Turner of doing anything she could to secure her position. Ric stormed off and Sonny told Turrner that Dalton was setting up Rocco for trashing the lab when he didn’t. “And you know what? You’re falling for it,” Sonny told her.
Turner said that kids lie all the time and asked how sure Sonny was that Rocco was telling the truth. Sonny told her that no one would who knew Rocco would question his word. Turner said that she was content with the plea deal but Dalton provided photos of a trashed lab. Sonny pointed out that the police hadn’t been there, and Dalton was framing Rocco. She said he could prove it in court.
Turner admitted that there were times when innocent people were convicted. She gave Sonny her word that Dalton’s evidence would be investigated. Sonny said that Dalton was a liar. She said if it came down to Dalton’s word against Rocco’s, a jury would be more inclined to believe his grandson. Turner said that Dalton was the victim and she had to pursue justice on his behalf.
Sonny asked if she was trying to help herself professionally. He suggested she make sure that the justice system didn’t fail Rocco.
Dante went to the hospital and told Brook Lynn he’d just seen Rocco hauled off in handcuffs. Brook Lynn wondered what drove Rocco to break into the lab as Gio got off the elevator. “It was me,” Gio admitted. He told them about the group they joined, were convinced that Dalton was testing on animals, and needed to break into the lab to prove it. “We recruited Danny, Rocco, and Charlotte to do it,” Gio said.
Dante ripped into Gio after he told the whole story and accused him about caring only for himself and not his brother. Dante said it should be Gio in jail instead.
Emma came upstairs and heard Dante telling off Gio. She corrected him and took all resposnibiltiy. “Oh I get it. You screwed over your brother to iimpress a girl,” Dante said. Gio tried to talk but Dante told him to get out of his face before he said or did something he regretted.
Ric went to Alexis and told her that he needed Danny and Charlotte to come forward to help Rocco. Alexis thought he was just trying to hurt her through her grandson but Ric was desperate for her to listen to his legal strategy as he thought she’d agree it was smart.
Ric said that he could ensure she won Willow’s case by offering up Portia as a suspect. He said that he knew of several reasons Portia would shoot Drew.
Curtis went to see Portia and asked about her check up. He admitted that Stella figured it out and talked to him about their divorce. When he shared Stella’s opinion about the pregnancy and their baby, Portia asked if he was about to suggest that they stay together for the baby’s sake. Portia told him that she’d seen him and Jordan kissing.
Portia told Curtis they were going their own ways, and she always knew he’d lead back to Jordan. She said whatever happened, he was a great father. She thanked him for the heads up about Stella, and Curtis said he was going, but then noticed the ultrasound picture on her desk. “Is that yours?” he asked.
Portia reluctantly handed it to him, and Curts was emotional looking at it. He asked if he could keep it, and happily left with it when Portia agreed. In the hallway, Curtis wept while looking at the ultrasound.
Felicia and Alexis discussed how the police picked Willow as a suspect and didn’t consider anyone else.

Here’s what happened on General Hospital on Tuesday, November 18th, when Danny and Charlotte confessed to the police, Britt threatens Sidwell, Sonny helps Laura, and Ric tells all to Alexis.
What Happened on General Hospital
Danny and Charlotte went to the police station and told Nathan they were there to turn themselves in. Nathan took them into the interrogation room and recorded their confession. When they were done, Nathan went back out and asked for Jason’s phone number.
Carly went to see Jack and brought him a bottle of wine like the kind he’d ordered a while back. Jack was flattered that she would remember that detail about him. Carly told him that she knew she was sending him mixed signals lately, but she was figuring out if she could accept who he was. “Can you?” he asked. “I’m here, aren’t I?” Carly said tearfully.
Carly admitted that she’d had her sommelier hunt down the wine so she’d have an excuse to knock on his door. She said she didn’t have the guts to come on her own and admit that she was ready to put everything behind them. Jack asked if she was sure and when she said she wasn’t going to back out, they kissed.
As they started to steam things up on the couch, Jack got a call he needed to take on a secure line. He told Carly he had to go to his office and asked her to wait for him. She said she couldn’t stay but could come back later that night.
Laura met with Sonny and told him that she might’ve ended her political career after lashing out publicly at Dalton, but Sonny said he had seen it, and it was beautiful.
Sonny told her the comments were positive, and she came off like a badass who would do the same for the citizens of the city. Laura couldn’t shake the feeling she’d lost, but Sonny told her to hope for the best but expect the worst. Laura thought her temper may have cost her the election.
Sonny and Laura talked about Dalton and the break-in. They concluded that Dalton framed Rocco for damages he didn’t make. Laura wanted to know how charges were filed if they hadn’t verified the evidence.
Sonny explained that it was a bad look to seem like she was favoring Rocco with his father as acting commissioner and grandmother as the mayor so she pressed forward. Sonny told Laura that he put his differences with Ric aside for Rocco’s sake.
Sonny told Laura that the votes were beginning to pour in. He wasn’t worried about the election, he said. He told her that he’d deal with Dalton because if he wouldn’t change his story, then he could be forced to.
Lulu went to see Dante, who was still fuming and blaming Gio. He wished he’d kept Gio at arm's length the last few months so he couldn’t have gotten close to Rocco and ruined his life.
Lulu said she wasn’t happy with him or Emma, either, but didn’t think Gio was to carry the blame. Lulu believed that Rocco, Danny, and Charlotte did it all to themselves.
Lulu reminded Dante that Rocco had been secretly seeing Britt, and lying about it, and that Charlotte knew about it as well. Dante said they needed to address that, but first, they needed to save Rocco, and that might involve Danny and Charlotte. Nathan came in, and Lulu asked if something had happened to Rocco. “No, it’s Charlotte,” he said.
Ric told Alexis that he wanted Danny on the record confessing, and it was a brilliant strategy to keep Danny and Rocco out of trouble, and then he’d share Portia’s motive for shooting Drew. He swore he was genuine and a changed man, but Alexis didn’t believe him. She said to tell her Portia’s motive or leave.
Ric explained to Alexis all about Heather’s altered test results, and that Portia was his prime suspect. Ric and Alexis ran through hypotheticals to how it could be that Portia would have a motivation to shoot Drew.
Britt went to Jason and asked him to get Danny to confess his involvement to help save Rocco. Jason said he’d do anything to help, except that.
Britt described how the arraignment spiraled and that Dalton was lying. She thought that Danny could prove that. Jason said that if Drew found out about Danny’s involvement, he would put Danny in jail and keep him from Scout ever again.
Jason said he couldn’t let that happen and they needed come up with another way to save Rocco. Just then, Nathan called and told him he should come to the station and that it was about Danny.
Charlotte and Danny were in the interrogation room when Nathan returned with Lulu, Dante, and Jason. Nathan explained he was a little rusty and that he took their statements without their parents present. But Danny and Charlotte and said since they were all there, they could do it again. The adults, however, said no.
Jason stepped out and called Alexis to tell her that Danny was convinced to go down with Rocco, and needed her help. She and Ric raced to the station.
Marco told his dad that Dalton had jeopardized their entire operation. Sidwell said that since Dalton trashed the lab himself to stick it to the kid, they wouldn’t find Rocco’s fingerprints anywhere. Marco added that Dalton claimed that the chemicals in the lab could’ve caused injury or death, had he not stopped Rocco himself.
Marco told Sidwell about the escalated charges and that instead of letting it blow over, the lab was the focus of an investigation. Marco suggested that Sidwell get assistance from the guy he’s running the operation with.
Sidwell kept his partner’s identity private, but revealed that he’d put Britt in charge. Marco noted that extracting Dalton came with risks as he knew where all the bodies were buried, so to speak.
Britt came and told Sidwell that she had been the backbone of the operation and proved her trustworthiness. She was furious it wasn’t reciprocated in dealing with Dalton and Rocco. She threatened Sidwell that if he didn’t put a leash on Dalton and get the charges dropped that day, she was going torch the entire operation.
Ric went to Dante’s office and had him called to see him. Meanwhile, Alexis went to the interrogation room and told Danny she wanted to talk. Danny insisted that he confess to save Rocco, and said that was what his mom would want him to do.
Alexis talked to the kids alone and explained to them that she needed them not to confess. Meanwhile, Ric simultaneously explained the situation to Dante. They said that the plan was to turn the tables on Dalton and make him the defendant instead.

Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, when everryone scrambles to protect Rocco. It’s the end of the road for Dalton, and Laura is in for a surprise!
Here’s your GH episode recap - Wednesday
We hear Ned is on the mend…
Emma and Gio were at the hospital. They were relieved to know that Ned was recovering and seemed to be out of the woods. Despite the good news, Gio couldn’t stop thinking about what Dante had said to him regarding Rocco and was still overcome with guilt for getting Rocco involved with their plan to take down Dalton.
Prelude to Dalton’s demise…
At the Brown Dog, Josslyn met with Vaughn. He was surveilling Dalton, who was getting sloshed at the bar, and felt it was a good opportunity for Josslyn to get Dalton to talk about his research and lab. Vaughn continued to look on as Josslyn worked a drunken Dalton for information. In his ramblings, Dalton said that he did all of his important work in another lab that PCU knew nothing about.
Dalton put his hand on Josslyn’s knee as she fed into his ego to coax information out of him. He admitted to using dogs in his testing, but claimed it was necessary and that he wasn’t a monster because he sedated them. Ostensibly, he felt he was trying to redefine the entire field of science and fancied that he could win a Nobel Prize eventually.
Emma and Gio walked in to see Josslyn with Dalton at the bar. Emma naturally assumed Josslyn was being a hypocrite and was likely trying to get her research position back. Vaughn directed Joss’s attention to Emma and Gio’s presence, after which she suggested to Dalton that they get out of there. He said he had a comfy couch in his lab and asked if she wanted to go try it out. Gio came up to ask if everything was okay and got Joss to go back to the table with him for a minute.
Gio and Emma told Joss about what Dalton did to Rocco. As they were talking, Dalton came up and tried to get Josslyn to leave. Emma protested that Joss wasn’t going anywhere with Dalton, whom she called a “pathetic excuse of a human being” who should be locked up instead of Rocco. As she went on to berate him, she accused him of testing on animals at his old school and of doing something equally as bad at PCU. She admitted that she was the one who broke into the lab there, and that the latest break-in was her idea as well. After he angrily claimed that he was going to have her expelled and locked up just like Rocco, she threw a drink at him.
Vaughn stepped in, flashed his WSB badge, and took Dalton aside. He told him to come down to the WSB station at 1:00 the next day. Dalton agreed. As they left, it dawned on Emma that the WSB had been investigating Dalton the whole time. Josslyn pretended that Vaughn lied to her, and she didn’t know he was in the WSB either.
Emma lamented that it meant that none of what they did had to happen; she was wrong, and Rocco was locked up for nothing. Josslyn reassured her that she wasn’t wrong. She shared that when Dalton was drunk-talking, he said that he was testing on animals in an off-campus lab. Emma thanked her for finding it out and for telling her. Joss went outside. Vaughn walked back up, and after a small bit of banter, they kissed.
Daltons’ Denouement…
Upset about Rocco, Britt went to Wyndemere to express her anger to Sidwell for not getting Dalton under control. Sidwell said he wasn’t her enemy, but her savior because of the medicine for Huntington’s that he (along with his mysterious partner) continued to provide.
In their contentious conversation, it was revealed that Britt had planned to leave Port Charles but didn’t initially have a direct hand in the faking of her death. She remarked that, one minute, she was dying in her mother’s arms and the next she was waking up at the Five Poppies. Sidwell was emphatic that “they” gave her life purpose when they took her to the Five Poppies, and all they asked in return was that she finish the work her father started.
When Britt complained about Pascal strapping a bomb to her ankle, Sidwell simply said Pascal overstepped, and she was saved by Jason anyway. He wanted to know what she shared with Jason, but she said Jason had no idea what she was working on in Croatia, nor what she was working on in Port Charles. Digging at her further, Sidwell said Jason may have been able to save her from the bomb in Croatia, but he wouldn’t be able to save her from the one in her DNA because he didn’t have the medicine, only “they” did.
Britt was adamant that she wasn’t going to let Dalton ruin Rocco’s life. Suddenly, Dalton came drunkenly barreling in and insisted Sidwell needed to do something since he now had the WSB after him. Sidwell remarked, “I’m afraid you have become a liability.” As Britt and Dalton were arguing, Sidwell walked over to his cabinet, pulled out his gun, and shot Dalton dead. Britt stood stunned over Dalton, who will likely be sleeping with the fishes tonight.
Meanwhile, at the PCPD…
Alexis met with Danny, Charlotte, and Jason in the interrogation room at the PCPD. She’d just shared the strategy (that she and Ric came up with) she felt could turn the tables on Dalton, which would require Danny and Charlotte to share the truth about what happened in the lab.
Upstairs, in Anna’s office, Ric was meeting with Lulu and Dante (currently the acting police commissioner in Anna’s absence) when Sonny arrived. Ric shared the same strategy with Sonny. Neither Lulu nor Dante wanted to risk Charlotte and Danny also getting charged, though. Ric explained that it was the best defense they would have for Rocco.
Back downstairs, Alexis spoke to Nathan, who felt Danny and Charlotte’s confessions were genuine and that they would be good witnesses if their parents allowed it. Next, she spoke with Jason and was honest about not being able to guarantee everything would work like they wanted. He was torn on what to do, but wanted to honor Danny’s wishes and what they thought Sam would want him to do.
Meanwhile, in the interrogation, Charlotte claimed she wanted to destroy Dalton and make him look even worse. She wanted to say that Dalton hit Rocco so people would know what a weasel he was. Danny pointed out that they’d be lying under oath, but she didn’t see it as a problem. When he said they’d have to be really convincing. Charlotte went into a scarily convincing fake confession. He questioned if her parents knew how much trouble she was and she slyly said they were on a “need-to-know basis”.
Alexis went upstairs to let Lulu, Dante, Ric, and Sonny know that Jason was on board with Danny confessing. Lulu still felt she couldn’t sacrifice one of her children for the other and worried that all three could wind up in juvenile detention. Dante agreed to go with what Lulu wanted. She said she needed to talk to Charlotte and left. Alexis told Dante that the forensics was crucial to the strategy working, and he said forensics was working on it. Ric said all they needed was reasonable doubt. When Sonny and Ric were leaving, Ric told Sonny to resist the temptation to do anything to help and said nobody needed to make Dalton disappear.
After talking to Charlotte, Lulu called Alexis to let her know that Charlotte would turn herself in along with Danny. Before they left, Nathan asked how they got the key fob to Dalton’s lab. They let him know they took it from Britt’s purse.
A surprise for Mayor Laura Collins…
Jordan arrived at Laura’s mayoral office while she was on the phone with the head of the juvenile detention center, checking on Rocco. They went on to talk about the incoming election results. Laura apologized to Jordan because she was compelled to quit her job with her to go undercover with Sidwell, and now Laura may not be able to bring her back if she lost the election.
Jordan felt like she failed because she hadn’t been able to find any evidence of Sidwell’s activities, but Laura said that was because he was a genius at covering his tracks. Jordan vowed not to stop trying and told Laura she was a force who couldn’t stop either.
Drew showed up to taunt Laura, whom he was sure was going to lose to Ezra Boyle. Jordan said, “You know, Drew, after a near-death experience, a lot of people take stock of their lives, reconnect with their purpose, vow to make their life count going forward. I hope you take a hard look at yourself. It might not be too late for you.” Drew dismissed her, and she left so Laura could have a word alone with the congressman.
Laura said Jordan was right, that Drew used to care about the people, and it would be wonderful if he could reconnect with that part of himself. Trying to appeal to the man he used to be, she said it would be up to him to protect the people of Port Charles if she lost. He almost seemed moved, but then said he wanted her to endorse Ezra Boyle in her concession speech to make Boyle’s transition easier. She questioned whether or not he really believed Boyle would be good for Port Charles and said they both knew he was in Sidwell’s pocket.
Drew flashed back to Sidwell telling him that if he stepped out of line, his life would go to hell. Despite the truth, he told Laura that Sidwell was a civic-minded businessman. She reminded Drew that Sidwell nearly killed her son, was ruthless, and not to be trusted. He then threw Sonny in her face yet again.
Drew accused Laura of favoritism toward Sonny and Dante, claimed everyone, including her, promoted their own personal interests, and said she was no better than he. Jordan came back because they were about to call the race. Drew gloated that Laura was about to lose the race, but was gobsmacked when the opposite was true and Laura was re-elected!

Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Thursday, November 20, 2025, when Ezra is on a tear, Sonny confides his true thoughts with Carly, Britt is traumatized, and Laura is in for a shock.
What Happened on General Hospital
Britt yelled at Sidwell for shooting Dalton. He said he just took her advice to deal with the problem. Britt confirmed that Dalton was dead on the floor. Britt yelled that she meant paying him off to leave, but Sidwell said to let it be a lesson. He pointed at Dalton and told her that this was what happened when someone betrayed him or became more trouble than they were worth.
Pascal came, and Britt was ordered to leave with him. Britt asked if Sidwell was going to get rid of Dalton, but he said that the professor still had some use. Britt reluctantly gave her keys to Pascal to be driven home.
Lulu came to congratulate Laura on her election win. Ezra barged in and said he wasn’t going down without a fight. They told him to be gracious, but he laid into them about Rocco. Ezra told Laura that the only reason she won was that Sonny bought the election for her.
Once alone again, Laura and Lulu talked about Rocco. Lulu told of the plan to have the kids come forward and use trace DNA to prove Dalton lied. Lulu worried about the risk, but Laura thought the truth was the best. Laura was proud of Danny and Charlotte for trying to help by telling the truth, and noted that cover-ups rarely worked out.
Lulu shared that Danny and Charlotte were turning themselves in the next day as part of the plan. Laura suggested that she go home for some one-on-one time with her daughter. Laura was going to go to her victory party for a little while and then come home to celebrate with them.
Willow came to Alexis’ office unannounced and said that she, Drew, and Chase had been working hard for her defense, but now Willow wanted to take a more active role. Alexis preferred she stay out of it, but she was motivated by seeing Jacinda with Wiley. Alexis wanted to know where Willow was the night of the shooting.
Willow said she was in her car, looking at pictures of her kids and crying, then drove aimlessly. After she pulled herself together, she went back to work as she wasn’t on a break and needed her job. She swore she didn’t drive by Drew’s house or go anywhere near it. Willow cried that she knew her story wasn’t a very good alibi. Alexis said her story was more believable than Michael’s, and that would work in her favor.
At Metro Court, Michael gave Jacinda a drawing from Wiley when Sonny came in and wanted to be introduced. Sonny said that Measure C wasn’t determined yet, but he hoped for a second miracle that night. He then had dinner with Carly.
Carly had seen Lucas in the elevator and shared that she was worried about him moving in with Marco. Sonny told her he was worried that his association with Laura had almost cost her the election. Sonny told Carly that he’d hired Ric to represent Rocco. He also confided that he wasn’t sure if Michael shot Drew and framed Willow. Sonny said that Willow had made a lot of mistakes, but didn’t want her to hang for something she didn’t do.
While Jacinda and Michael were enjoying their date, Ezra interrupted. He’d spotted Jacinda and said she was a sight for sore eyes. He wanted to know why she had been returning his calls. Jacinda told him that she had found a new line of work and not to take it personally. He was rude anyway, and Michael told him to leave before he threw him out. Ezra told her to keep his number as he didn’t see much future with her “date.”
Sonny returned to Michael’s table, and he told his dad that Measure C didn’t pass. “You get to keep your piers, Dad. Sidwell failed,” he smiled. Meanwhile, back at Sonny’s table, Carly got a message from Jack, asking if he was still going to see her that night.
Across the restaurant, Marco and Ava waited for Lucas. She said they’d have a serious problem if he ever broke his heart. Lucas arrived, miffed at Carly. When Ava got a text that Nina was coming to talk to her, Marco and Lucas decided to go home for some quality time. When they got there, he was enjoying tea and reading a book. He didn’t want to stress about Measure C, he told them, and said that Pascal was taking care of everything for him, so he didn’t need to think about it.
Pascal brought home Britt, and she told him to leave. He went off on her about still thinking she was in charge. Britt pointed out she was valuable to the operation, and he agreed, but said she was also unreliable and uncooperative. If she’d been more of a team player, he said, they wouldn’t have had to leave Five Poppies. He warned Britt that she could be compulsive and if she got the impulse to confide in someone, to remember they were watching. Pascal left, and Britt screamed into a pillow. She tried to give herself an injection, but her hands were trembling too hard as she thought about the shooting. Britt sank to the floor and cried.
Chase met with Nina and told her she wanted to learn more about her new assistant. Nina told him everything she knew about Jacinda, leading up to seeing her with Ezra and knowing she was the kind of girl that Drew would go for. Chase wondered if she’d seen her with Ezra any other time, but she didn’t think so.
Nina knew that Willow was innocent and regretted lying to help her, making Willow’s situation worse. Chase promised Nina he’d do whatever he could to get Willow exonerated.
After Nina left, Ezra came into the Brown Dog. Chase approached him, and Ezra offered for him to join him at the bar.
Nina went to Metro Court and joined Ava at a table. Nina admitted she did something drastic to help Willow, but thought it might not have been necessary because there may be a way to obliterate Michael’s alibi.
Laura was driving and left a long message for Kevin to tell him that she was still the mayor. She said to call her as soon as he awoke. When she hung up, she realized she had a flat tire and pulled over. She went to get flares but when she opened the trunk, she saw a tarp. When she pulled it back, she screamed at the sight of Dalton’s dead body.

Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Friday, November 21, 2025, when Laura got more help than she asked for, Britt tried to reveal all, things between Brook Lynn and Gio changed drastically, and Chase’s revelation wasn’t a slam dunk.
What Happened on General Hospital
At Bobbie’s, Gio told Sonny that Dante was back to his old opinion of him, only this time was worse because he wasn’t looking out for his brother. Gio thought Dante had every right to be angry and felt he’d let down Danny. Gio didn’t think he and Dante would recover. He said Dante was his father biologically, but that was where it ended. Gio didn’t want to put Sonny in the middle, but Sonny was glad he talked to him. He told Gio that no matter what, he could love his son and his grandson at the same time.
On the side of the road, Laura freaked out as she recognized Dalton in the trunk of her car. Suddenly, she remembered threatening him that things wouldn’t end well for him, and she quickly closed the trunk. Laura called Alexis but got her voicemail. She scrolled through her phone, then called someone and said she was in trouble.
Laura was sobbing and looking at the blood on her arm when Nathan startled her by asking if she was okay. Laura explained that she was just overwhelmed. It had been a long night, and she was supposed to be celebrating with her staff, but she got a flat tire. Nathan understood and offered to change it, so he went to open the trunk to find a spare.
Before Laura could stop him, Sonny walked up and asked the mayor if she was okay. Nathan didn’t open the trunk and turned around instead. Nathan said between the two of them, the tire would be changed in no time, but duty called. Sonny called Jason, then told Laura they had to get out of there because putting the body in the trunk was just the first domino falling over.
Britt hid her injection kit when Jason knocked on the door. He told her the plan about Charlotte and Danny turning themselves in, but that they said they stole the fob from Britt’s purse. Jason wanted to know why she had one.
Britt didn’t want to say and wanted Jason to leave, but he told her it was obvious that she and Dalton were working together. Jason wanted to know everything. Britt cried that if she told him, she would have to know he would put her first, and it would be worth risking her life.
Britt asked if she told him the truth, if he would stick around but just then, Jason got a call from Sonny and needed him to handle something immediately. He said he wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important. Britt told him she knew he had to go and showed him the door, but Jason re-opened it to tell her was sorry before leaving.
Britt sat in bed, remembering Sidwell’s threat that Dalton was an example of betrayal. She sobbed in fear, thinking about it.
At the hospital, Brook Lynn told Michael that they hadn’t told Tracy because she would’ve tried to take over everything and threatened lawsuits, and Olivia didn’t need that. She noted that Ned was on the mend, but she was upset because her heart was breaking for Dante and Gio.
Michael told Brook Lynn that he wished things were different with Willow but his situation didn’t need to be like hers. He said when he was on the outs with his dad, it was his mom who was there. Brook Lynn worried she’d push Gio away further by handling it wrong. Michael said he knew she’d be okay.
Michael went to the cafeteria to get them something to drink. Moments later, Gio arrived, looking for Michael. He asked about Ned, and then Brook Lynn asked him to sit down and listen. She told him that Dante didn’t speak for her, and she understood that he was trying to do the right thing and it went sideways.
Gio said his intentions weren’t enough because someone still got hurt. Gio compared Brook Lynn’s words to when she gave him up and softened at the perspective. Brook Lynn told Gio that Dante was scared for Rocco, and he lashed out but he was wrong, and she’d have no problem telling Dante that. “Thanks, Mom,” Gio said. They hugged as Michael returned.
Molly met Kristina for a drink. Cody came in so Kristina left them alone to go talk to Jacinda. They chatted, then Kristina admitted she was trying to give Cody and her sister a chance to realize they had an attraction. Back at the table, Cody and Molly talked in innuendos about meeting people and seeing the best in them. They slow danced, then kissed.
Chase went to Alexis’ office and told her that he could prove Michael lied about his alibi. He said that he was told by Ezra Doyle that he was with Jacinda the night of the shooting, not Michael. Alexis said it was tricky because she couldn’t put Chase on the stand. Ezra and Jacinda would deny the claims, as well. Chase told her she didn’t need to depose anyone; he was a detective, and he would get proof.
Alexis pointed out that he was taking a risk that didn’t necessarily help. She said that proving Michael’s alibi didn’t pan out didn’t exonerate Willow, not to mention the professional risks. Chase said that Willow’s freedom was worth him losing his career for pursuing the facts.
Sonny took Laura home and she cried her worries on his shoulder. Sonny told her that her car was being dealt with and it would be in her driveway in the morning. Sonny told her that someone didn’t like the results of the election and they were trying to hurt her. Laura agreed that Ezra and Drew weren’t happy but then realized in horror that neither was Sidwell. Meanwhile, Jason got to Laura’s car, changed the tire, and drove away.

Here’s what went down in Port Charles the week of Monday, November 10th, 2025 to Friday, November 14th, 2025, when Rocco got in a lot of trouble, Dalton defied Sidwell (or did he?), Willow made bail, and Ned had a heart attack.
What Happened on General Hospital
Last week on General Hospital, Gio and Emma found Ned sprawled on the ground outside of Bobbie’s, suffering a major heart attack. Gio saved his life by performing CPR and Britt helped as well. At the hospital, Portia announced he would need immediate bypass surgery.
Realizing they couldn’t leave the hospital, Emma called off the lab break in but Danny, Charlotte, and Rocco knew it was their only chance and did it anyway. Dalton entered the lab so Rocco caused a distraction to save the other two. He got arrested for it.
Britt asked Sidwell to make Dalton drop the charges. At the arraignment, a plea deal was reneged when ADA Turner approached the bench with photos of damage that didn’t exist originally. Dalton had given them to her just before court, and she added charges instead.
Chase visited Willown in Pentonville and swore his commitment to finding out who framed her. He admitted his civil investigation to Brook Lynn, who worried about the risk to his career if he was working against the police.
Alexis got Willow out on bail. She went to Metro Court, where Michael was having dinner with Jacinda and Wiley. Willow told Michael she knew he was the one who framed her.
As acting commissioner, Dante reinstated Nathan and partnered him with Chase.
Drew teamed Martin up with Alexis. She would represent Willow getting exonerated, he would work on targeting Michael as a suspect.
Martin showed up at the debate to offer Laura his support and practiced debate questions with her.
Ric offered to work for Sonny to show him that he’d changed since his cult experience. Sonny couldn’t believe him, but later hired him to represent Rocco and prove his authenticity.
Stella told Curtis that the pregnancy changed everything about his plans to divorce. Meanwhile, Trina promised Jordan that she would do everything she could to prevent her from Curtis ever going back to her.
