Diane Jenkins | The Young and the Restless | CBS
Diane Has a Rude Awakening
Coming home should offer comfort, but Diane quickly discovers that reality has other plans. After returning to Genoa City, on Monday, she’s met with a rude awakening that threatens to derail any expectations she may have had about settling back into familiar surroundings.
Diane will find herself in the company of Dr. Laurence Markham, played by actor Jere Burns. Whether Dr. Markham is a friend or foe remains to be seen. The big question is whether this rude awakening is merely an inconvenience — or the beginning of a much larger problem.
Traci Holds Patty Accountable for Her Actions
Traci has always led with compassion, but that doesn’t mean she’s willing to excuse harmful behavior. On Monday, she confronts Patty Williams and holds her accountable for the choices she’s made. Jack and Kyle may be able to balance toleration with temper when it comes to using Patty as a pawn in their need to find Diane and get revenge on Victor, but Tracy is bluntly honest.
However, Patty’s words resonate with Jack, and despite Traci’s objections, she isn’t banished from their lives as Jack’s gut instincts insist that somehow Patty is involved with Diane’s disappearance.
A Mystery Unfolds for Jack and Kyle
On Monday, Jack and Kyle find themselves drawn into a mystery that promises more questions than answers. With Diane missing, the father-son duo is determined to follow the clues wherever they may lead.
Jack should trust his instincts, though. Diane wouldn’t willingly make Kyle — or Jack, for that matter — think she’d disappeared yet again.
