Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful are about to see a familiar face back in Los Angeles as Elsa Esnoult reprises her role as Fanny Greyson. While she hasn’t been a major fixture on the canvas, Fanny has made enough appearances over the years to leave an impression — especially during the battle for control of Forrester Creations.

Fanny Greyson’s History on The Bold and the Beautiful

Fanny Greyson is a crossover character from the popular French series Les Mystères de l’amour, where Esnoult has portrayed the character for years. On The Bold and the Beautiful, Fanny has periodically appeared during international fashion events and Forrester Creations storylines, bringing a touch of Parisian glamour to Los Angeles.

Because of Esnoult’s popularity in France, her appearances on B&B have often served as special crossover moments between the two series.

Fanny’s Return During Hope and Carter’s Takeover

The last time viewers saw Fanny was during the fallout from Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) controversial takeover of Forrester Creations.

As Carter and Hope looked to expand the company’s luxury offerings, Fanny arrived with hopes of landing a deal for her fragrance line. She pitched her perfumes as a potential addition to the company’s growing portfolio and seemed confident she would be the obvious choice. However, things quickly became more complicated when another candidate entered the picture.

The Daphne Rose Showdown

Fanny’s biggest obstacle turned out to be internationally renowned perfumer Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire). Both women were seeking an opportunity with Forrester Creations, setting up what appeared to be a high-stakes competition between two fragrance experts. Spoilers at the time teased that Fanny and Daphne would both make presentations to Hope and Carter as the company weighed its options.

But Fanny wasn’t interested in fighting for the position. After learning that Daphne was also being considered, Fanny made it clear that she believed Daphne was the superior choice. Rather than compete head-to-head, she essentially bowed out, insisting that if Forrester wanted the best perfumer, they already had their answer standing in front of them.

That decision left the door wide open for Daphne, who ultimately became a major player in the Forrester Creations drama and later developed a connection with Carter Walton, who she is now married to.

What to Watch

With Fanny now returning to The Bold and the Beautiful, viewers have plenty of reason to wonder what brings her back to Los Angeles. Will she once again be looking to do business with Forrester Creations? Has she found success with her fragrance line since her last visit? And perhaps most importantly, what will happen if she crosses paths with Daphne Rose again?

Although she’s been a long-time friend of the Forresters, Fanny’s return could become a rivalry just when Forrester Creations least expects it. With Daphne happily married and secure in her position with Forrester, will Fanny bring her perfumes and her nose to make a pitch at Logan instead?
