The Young and the Restless Shocker: Did Sienna Just Thank Noah — for Stealing Her Company?

On The Young and the Restless, Sienna Bacall has plenty of reasons to thank the Newmans, but should stealing her company be one of them?

One could argue that Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) made her own bed when she chose to have an affair with Noah Newman (Lucas Adams). But one could also argue that she paid the price when she met her boyfriend’s family.

When Noah had a car crash and was hospitalized, his parents were already coming to L.A., as he wanted their input on a nightclub investment opportunity he was considering.

But — long story short — his parents recognized his investor as Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), their life-long nemesis, who they thought was dead. Matt reinvented himself as Mitch Bacall, met Sienna and married her, and they lived somewhat happily in L.A., running The Shadow Room nightclub.

Sienna had already been fielding incessant questions from Noah’s parents about his accident, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) but when her husband came home from a business trip, all hell broke loose.

The Newmans began insisting to Sienna that her husband of nearly a decade was living a lie.

And then Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) rolled into town.

Victor confronted Matt and warned him he’d pay for hurting Noah. Matt, of course, didn’t care — until Victor used the AI program to wipe out Matt financially.

Victor’s first strike with the app was to attack Matt Clark and transfer all of his money and other assets into his name — including The Shadow Room.

When Victor met Sienna, he took her aside to have a private chat, admitted what he’d done, and had zero remorse, even though she pointed out that he took her half of her marital assets.

But now that Victor has handed Matt over to the authorities, Noah convinced him to give Sienna back some of her assets. Apparently, that meant that Victor transferred Sienna’s own money back to her.

But, unsurprisingly, Victor didn’t give her back her business. Perhaps she considered herself lucky to at least get her funds back so she wasn’t destitute — despite not being the one to cross Victor to begin with.

But then, because being collateral damage wasn’t damaging enough yet, Sienna found out what Victor did with the Shadow Room. When Nick asked Noah if he knew, Noah proudly announced he was the new owner of Sienna’s bar.

Her jaw dropped — and she had to congratulate him in front of his parents. “You don’t mind, right?” Noah asked, seemingly oblivious to her choking back emotions. “Of course not, why would I?” she answered somewhat sarcastically.

Moments later, Noah was also listing off all the things he planned to do with his life, said in a way like he expected her to just go along with his ideas. But by then, it was no surprise that Sienna wanted to take her money and run…far away from the Newmans.

What do you think — should Sienna be offended that Noah happily just took her company when Victor offered it to him? Or did she deserve to be overrun financially by the Newmans? (Not to mention the irony of Victor being outraged that Cane is doing to him what he already did to both Sienna and Cane!) Tell us your thoughts in the comments!
