In their hotel room, Sharon and Nick told Victor everything they knew about Mitch Bacall. Victor planned to force Matt to tell him where Noah was. He said that Matt’s arrogance stemmed from thinking he was the smartest person in the room, but that person was actually Victor.

Victor said he could unleash Cane’s AI app on Matt Clark’s business, and once he started to lose everything, Matt would lead them to Noah. Victor made a phone call to get the ball rolling.

Victor got the call that everything was ready to go, as Noah and Sharon lamented to the situation and wondered whether or not Noah was a drug addict and alive. Victor said he could now convince Matt to hand over Noah or he would destroy him. Sharon said if it was anyone other than Matt it might work.

At the warehouse, Sienna and Noah opened the door to the room they were trapped in, only to find Det. Burrow and Matt Clark are waiting for them. Matt yelled at them about their affair and told them that killing them might still happen as Burrow flashed his gun. Matt sneered that Noah wasn’t the first young boyfriend Sienna had had, causing her to try to slap him. Matt grabbed Sienna and held her as he told Noah to back off, or he’d hurt her.

Noah told Matt that if he touched Sienna again, he’d kill him with his bare hands. Noah thought their kidnapping was all about hurting his parents, but Matt said he’d deal with them separately. Matt said he’d been watching Noah and Sienna for weeks and to stop saying it just happened between them because it was making him want to do really bad things.

Matt threw down a bag of fentanyl and ordered Noah to take a hit. Sienna realized that Mitch was the monster everyone said he was. “What are you going to do about it?” Matt shrugged. When Noah refused to take the fentanyl, Matt told him he either took the drugs or he’d kill Sienna.

Sienna told Noah not to do it, and called Matt’s bluff. At Matt’s order, Burrow pulled his gun and pointed it at Matt, then read him his rights as he told him he was under arrest. Matt scoffed at the notion as Noah and Sienna watched in shock.

Burrow’s partner, Annie, arrived, with her gun pointed at Matt as well. Burrow told her they got him, and Matt was going down for drug trafficking and kidnapping, among other charges. Matt asked Annie if that’s how she saw it going down as well.

To Burrow’s surprise, Annie turned her gun on him. She told Burrow to drop his gun as Matt mocked him and said he had Annie on his payroll. “You could have had the same deal, but you’re dumb,” Matt added.

Noah saw the opportunity to knock the gun out of Annie’s hand, and Burrow charged Matt. Noah and Sienna made their escape during the fray. They went to the Shadow Room as Sienna wanted to grab a few things before they hit the road.

Noah wondered if Burrow was dead back there, but Sienna said it wasn’t their problem; they just needed to get in and out of the bar before Matt showed up. Noah noted his parents had probably come there looking for him and told Sienna they fought about her. Noah assured Sienna that he never doubted her.

Sienna grabbed files, cash, and a gun. As they ran out the back door to the car, Matt came in the other door looking for them. He heard the car and ran outside.

Sienna and Noah drove and saw Matt coming up behind them. Matt got a phone call from Victor but ignored it as he hit the gas pedal. Victor sent Matt a screenshot of his security being breached, so Matt called him. Victor told Matt that he was about to financially destroy him unless Matt handed over Noah.

Matt called Victor’s bluff and said he’d never see Noah alive again. Sharon was beside herself when Victor said, “We shall see.” Just then Nick got a call from Noah so Victor hung up. Noah told Nick quickly what had happened, but that he was driving with Sienna and Matt was following them.

Nick told him to find a public place and go there, and Nick would call the police and be there soon. Noah spotted a park and told Nick the name of it. Victor called Matt back and said that there had been a twist of fate.

Victor made another call and told the person to pull the plug on Matt and ruin him. When Sienna and Noah pulled over in the park, they were shocked that Matt kept driving past.

In Matt’s car, he was furious. He screamed, “This isn’t over!” as he drove.
