In the Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, January 30, 2026, Ivy made demands of Dylan, and Taylor and Deacon made a major decision about their futures.

In San Francisco, Electra mused to Steffy that it did feel weird to have Dylan staying at Will’s, but she was living at the Forrester mansion. Steffy noted that Ivy liked it that way because she preferred everyone to act in a proper way.

Later, Will called to say goodnight to Electra. He told her that Dylan was up in her room.

At the beach house, Ivy accused Dylan of going after Will, as she tried to defend herself. Ivy wouldn’t listen as Dylan insisted that she was only downstairs because she was babysitting — and Electra said she was fine with it. 

Dylan was shocked when Ivy admitted she’d been spying on them all night, but twisted everything to sound manipulative and trampy.

Ivy claimed Dylan had no self-respect or respect for Electra and accused Dylan of playing them all, and asked who she really was.

Ranting, Ivy accused Dylan of stripping down and coming onto Will. Dylan said it was a bathing suit and they were swimming. She insisted she didn’t think of Will like that, and that Electra meant everything to her. 

Claiming she’d seen inappropriate looks between Electra and Will, Ivy said she wouldn’t tell Electra the filth she’d witnessed on one condition: leave town immediately and don’t come back.

Ivy handed Dylan some money, told her to drive all the way east until the fuel light came on, and make that place her new home. “Understood? Never come back,” Ivy warned her.

Deacon told Sheila he had a late-night appointment with Taylor, as she’d just come home from a conference and it was the only time she could slot him in.

At Taylor’s office, she told Deacon that she needed to be honest with him about how she really felt, or she’d be doing his kids a disservice. 

Taylor told Deacon that she didn’t cut him off as a patient because she hadn’t told him the truth about how she felt. She warned him to take Sheila’s past into account, who she really was, and to end his marriage.

Deacon said he’d been afraid to be alone, but that wasn’t a reason to be with someone, and said he wanted to be with a woman because he needed her. 

As he took Taylor’s hand, Deacon said he needed her. “And I think you need me, too,” he added. Taylor admitted that she had feelings for Deacon; she couldn’t fight anymore.

Deacon reciprocated and double checked that she knew what that meant: Sheila’s wrath. Taylor said she wouldn’t live in fear of her. 

As they held hands, Taylor assured Deacon that as he stood by her after Ridge, she would do the same for him. They gazed happily at one another as they professed their love for one another — and then, finally, they kissed.
