The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Dec 22: Thomas promises Hope, Brooke takes control
In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, December 22nd, 2025, Thomas made Hope a promise, Brooke insisted on being the one to tell Katie’s news, and Remy ran into Deke.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap
Deke went to Il Giardino and told Deacon the news that he’d been fired. He explained that Hope was put in an impossible position and couldn’t do anything to help save his job. Though sad, Deke was determined to become an even better designer. Deacon had to take a call, but told Deke there was always room for him at the family business.
Remy came into the restaurant and spotted Deke at the bar. He told him he knew he needed space, but he’d come to talk to Deacon and hoped for his help to fix their relationship. Deke wasn’t up to the chat about their relationship and admitted he’d just been fired.
Remy and Deke sat down, and Deke shared the details. Remy listened and comforted Deke, encouraging him to keep pursuing his dreams. Remy poured his heart out about how sorry he was for lying and how much he loved Deke. He hoped one day he would forgive him.
Hope was in a meeting with Ridge, who was talking about Thomas’ return. Hope was down about firing her brother, but Thomas and Zende came in and interrupted. Thomas told Hope he was excited to be back. He was sorry about Deke, but thought that between him and Zende, the sky was the limit for HFTF.
Thomas told Hope he wouldn’t be moving from Paris and would work remotely, as he didn’t want to disrupt Douglas’ routine.
Donna found Katie and Brooke in the showroom, hugging, and Brooke told her they were celebrating Katie’s new chapter. Brooke shared that Katie was starting her own new fashion house at Spencer and leaving Forrester. Donna was happy for Katie, but made her promise that no matter what, they wouldn’t let her new fashion house come between them.
In the design office, Thomas came to talk to Hope privately. He congratulated her on her marriage and told her that he knew they had both moved on and he wouldn’t be a problem. “You have my word,” Thomas told Hope.
At Spencer, Bill brought Liam up to date with the new fashion house plan. Katie came in later and told Bill that she’d told her sisters about it as well. Bill said he was proud of her for leaving. Katie told Bill that Brooke insisted that she was the one to tell Ridge.
Katie admitted that although supportive on the surface, she thought Brooke might have more feelings she wasn’t sharing. Katie explained that Brooke cautioned her against the plan and told her it might be more challenging than she realized.
Bill advised Katie to let Brooke doubt her. He told her that everyone’s underappreciation for her ended today, and encouraged her to believe in herself, as he did.
In the CEO’s office, Ridge told Brooke he was proud of Hope for firing her brother like a professional. Brooke told Ridge that he wouldn’t believe what Bill was giving Katie for a wedding present. “A fashion house,” Brooke sighed.
Ridge didn’t know whether he should be angry or laugh at Bill’s arrogance. He said Bill thought an unbuttoned shirt and tight pants were fashionable. Brooke chimed in that Katie had no name recognition and no real experience in the industry.
