The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Dec 19: A Hope and Steffy feud reignited, Katie told Brooke she’s leaving Forrester
In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, December 19, 2025, Deke fought for his future at Forresterr, while Katie rejected hers.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap
At Forrester, Deke went to Carter to ask about his future at Forrester, but he had no idea. He said that his designs were good and to hang in there until he made it into production.
In the CEO’s office, Hope was stunned when Steffy told her that Deke was being replaced. Hope had no say in who her design team was, and she wanted Hope herself to tell Deke that he was fired. She said Thomas would commute or work online, and that there was no room for Deke, as that was how Thomas wanted it.
At Spencer, Katie was nervously excited about the prospect of actually leaving Forrester. She insisted that she tell her sisters first, and thought that Brooke would be very supportive of her decision, as she has always been for her.
After Katie left, Bill tried to get Will to work at Spencer as well. They were happy for Katie, and wondered how Ridge and Brooke would react to the news.
In the showroom, Ridge told Brooke about Thomas, his and Steffy’s decision to let him run HFTF with Zende, and how Steffy was telling Hope that Deke was fired. Brooke wondered if Steffy being the messenger was the best idea, as it would come across as her brother was being chosen over Hope’s. Ridge said they’d all get over it.
After Ridge left, Katie came in and told Brooke that Bill was giving her her own fashion house and that she was really excited, and wanted to tell Brooke first. Brooke asked her if she was ready for such an endeavor.
Katie told her how much Bill believed in her, and said it was the most amazing thing anyone had ever done for her. Katie assured Brooke she was ready and capable to take it on. “What are you going to call it…Spencer Fashions?” Brooke scoffed. Katie said she wasn’t disrespecting Forrester but knew she had to take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Brooke told her it was going to be hard, and listed off all the things that she’d have to do to get started. Katie reminded her that she once ran Forrester, but Brooke was still worried.
Ridge went to the CEO’s office, and Steffy told him about her conversation with Hope. Ridge was sure they were making the right decision. Steffy told her dad that Hope was firing Deke as they spoke.
Across the hall, Hope told Deke his contract wasn’t being offered and why. Deke understood, as he’d just graduated and Thomas and Zende were established. Deke said he’d keep trying and would never give up on his dreams.
