Next week of The Bold and the Beautiful, several simmering conflicts move front and center. The preview for the week ahead focuses on family tension over Eric, Ivy’s continued interference in Will and Electra’s relationship, and a moment between RJ and Electra that might change Will’s mind about what he wants.

Katie and Bill Push Back — Ridge Loses It

Katie and Bill find themselves at odds with Brooke and Ridge over Eric. In the preview, Katie raises her voice and insists that she and Bill showed Eric respect. From her perspective, they handled things appropriately.

Ridge strongly disagrees. He snaps back that Katie gave Eric nothing.

This isn’t just a surface-level disagreement. Ridge feels protective of his father, but doesn’t like being reminded that he didn’t treat Eric the way he deserved. We can only imagine that Donna feels caught between loyalty and damage control, but Brooke is definitely on TeamRidge.

The larger question is whether this argument stays about Eric or if it opens the door to other unresolved tensions between these families — and how much is damaged amongst all the yelling.

Ivy’s Plan — and Daphne Sees Too Much

Ivy remains focused on breaking up Will and Electra. The preview suggests she sets Electra up for another fall, implying this is part of an ongoing effort rather than a one-time move.

This time, though, Daphne witnesses Ivy’s actions.

That could have stopped Ivy from whatever plan it is that she’s concocted to break up Will and her niece, but Ivy warns Daphne not to say anything, instead. It’s not yet clear why Daphne would protect Ivy, especially if she suspects manipulation. She may not want to be involved in the drama, or she may not fully understand what’s happening behind the scenes.

Either way, Ivy continues to insert herself into Will and Electra’s relationship, and the consequences are starting to ripple outward.

RJ Gets Closer — and Will Walks In

After Will and Electra break up, RJ takes the opportunity to comfort Electra. He tells her that Will is crazy if he isn’t doing everything possible to keep her in his life.

Then he kisses her. Wanting to work things out with Electra, Will walks in. The preview frames it as a shocking discovery, but context matters. Did Will see the full interaction? Was it mutual? Or was it a brief, complicated moment that looks worse than it is?

Ivy is shown watching nearby, which raises another possibility — that this was precisely the outcome she was hoping for.
