Sidwell Goes From Arrested to Fugitive

Lucas confronted Sidwell at the construction site being built in Marco’s honor and admitted he had stolen evidence from Sidwell’s safe and handed it over to Sonny and Laura. Convinced Lucas had manipulated Marco and contributed to his son’s death, Sidwell shot Lucas three times in the chest.

What Sidwell didn’t know was that Lucas had been wearing a bulletproof vest. Dante and the PCPD arrived to arrest Sidwell, while Laura rushed to Lucas’ side. Sonny revealed that Lucas had knowingly put himself in danger to help bring Sidwell down. While being transported, Cassius helped Sidwell stage an escape.

Cassius Tells Liesl the Truth

At Wyndemere, Cassius confessed to his mother that her twin baby had never died at birth as she’d believed. He explained that Cesar had raised him and detailed how he altered Nathan’s records and orchestrated the deception surrounding Nathan’s death.

Liesl slapped him in fury for involving Britt and allowing James to believe his father had returned. But Josslyn defended Cassius, insisting both she and Britt owed him their lives. Eventually, Liesl’s anger gave way to grief and love.

Knowing Britt remained trapped by the cold fusion project, Liesl agreed to continue working to protect her family. Cassius vowed he would die before allowing harm to come to her. Meanwhile, Cullum assumed control of operations at Wyndemere and threatened Josslyn’s life if she interfered again.

Curtis and Portia’s Relationship Implodes

What was supposed to be Portia’s baby shower turned into one of the week’s most explosive confrontations. Curtis and Jordan attended despite lingering tensions. Isaiah questioned Jordan’s assumptions about the accident that nearly killed them, while guests privately discussed the similarities between Jack’s and Drew’s strokes.

The celebration deteriorated during party games and arguments. Curtis clashed repeatedly with Isaiah, accusing him of abandoning them after the crash. Portia finally snapped, questioning what kind of father Curtis would be if he couldn’t control his anger.

Jordan accused Isaiah of causing the accident. Isaiah defended himself and reminded everyone he had lost the medical career he had spent years building because of Curtis. Portia had had enough and informed Curtis that doctors would contact him regarding the baby, but personally, she wanted nothing more to do with him. 

After Portia and Isaiah left, Stella told Curtis he was the one who had made everything worse and warned that lawyers might be Portia and Isaiah’s next call and she wouldn’t blame them if that was the case. Jordan later tried to reassure Curtis that Portia’s cruel remarks did not reflect the father she believed him to be.

Trina Decides to Put Herself First

Witnessing her parents’ latest implosion forced Trina to confront an uncomfortable truth. She realized she had spent too much of her life managing everyone else’s problems.

Speaking with Gio, Emma, and Kai at the lake, Trina admitted Kai had been right about her sacrificing her own happiness. Determined to change, she recommitted herself to the showcase and promised to stop putting her dreams on hold. For the first time in a long while, Trina chose herself.

Jack Corners Willow

At Turning Woods, Jack stunned Willow by revealing that Nina had not actually been administering the treatments Willow believed she was, and that he knew Willow had shot Drew.

Rather than turn her in, Jack presented an alternative. He possessed proof that Drew had misappropriated campaign funds, evidence that could send Drew to prison. If Willow helped maintain the illusion that he remained incapacitated, he would use the leverage to protect them both while working to bring down Sidwell and Cullum.

Brook Lynn Declares War

Brook Lynn insisted to Willow that she only wanted peace between them. The hug they shared was entirely for show. Privately, Brook Lynn joined forces with Lucy to undermine Willow. They plotted to manipulate evidence and create the appearance that Willow had been connected to Jordan’s accident.

Brook Lynn later secured Brick’s assistance as she continued digging deeper. Her objective had become clear: convince Chase that Willow was not the woman he believed her to be. With Brick’s help, she told Lucy she could make Willow’s car’s GPS show that it was at the crash site rather than wherever she actually was.

Tracy Takes On Willow

Tracy orchestrated a meeting at the lake by tricking Willow into believing she would see her children. Instead, Tracy confronted her about manipulating Chase and using Drew as a prop while pursuing another man.

The argument escalated quickly. Willow accused Tracy of being a terrible mother. Tracy countered by reminding Willow that she had shot Drew.

When Chase approached, Willow saw him coming and screamed that Tracy was hurting her before tumbling into the water. Chase rescued Willow and, despite Tracy insisting Willow had staged the entire scene herself, he arrested Tracy after Willow accused her of pushing her.

Families Face Difficult Goodbyes

Kristina gathered her family to announce that she had been accepted into medical school. Although proud of her accomplishment, Sonny and Alexis struggled with the realization that she would immediately be moving to California.

The family shared emotional goodbyes as Kristina encouraged Molly and Michael to lean on one another while she was gone.

Carly and Valentin Race Against Time

While Cullum took over Wyndermere and was questioning staff and guests about Sidwell’s disappearance, Carly arrived. She helped Ava get out of the house and was then on the receiving end of Cullum’s wrath. They were interrupted by a staff member who showed Cullum a ring she’d found while cleaning. Carly recognized it and knew it belonged to Josslyn.

Valentin believed Britt was being forced to complete the cold fusion prototype at Wyndemere under Cullum’s supervision. Though Carly wanted immediate action, Valentin argued that Britt’s importance to the project bought them a small window of opportunity.

What To Watch

Next week, Nathan clears the air while Lulu makes a confession. Valentin accepts his fate as Brennan bargains with Willow. Tracy and Michael unexpectedly find common ground, while Alexis and Ric revisit their plans. Elsewhere, Dante defends Nathan, Gio shares exciting news with Emma, and Nina sounds an alarm that could have major consequences.
