General Hospital Spoilers April 20-24 Video Preview: Drew Tries to Expose Willow as Nina Refuses to Help

This week, in the General Hospital spoilers video preview for April 20th to 24th, multiple secrets are at risk of being exposed, but not everyone is working toward the same outcome. 

Here’s what’s about to go down in Port Charles.

General Hospital Spoilers April 20-24 Video Preview

Drew Cain is running out of options. After Willow revealed everything she has done —shooting him, working with Sidwell, and keeping him incapacitated while taking over his life — he is focused on finding a way to communicate and get help. Not that we have a lot of sympathy, mind you.

Drew’s effort is blocked by Nina. She knows the full truth and has already made a decision to stand by her daughter. When she sees Drew trying to communicate, she tells him directly that no one, including her, will help him.

Elizabeth Picks Up on What’s Really Happening

Willow has to ask Elizabeth for help taking care of Drew. It does not take long for Elizabeth to recognize that something is off. But she notices he’s way beyond the blink once for yes, two for no language: he is trying to communicate.

Elizabeth might be the only person willing to question what is happening and respond to it. Whether she understands him in time is what matters…to Drew.

Dante Questions What Rocco Isn’t Saying

Dante has noticed a shift in Rocco, and it seems like more than just feeling bad for Danny. Something is clearly weighing on him, and Dante starts to push for answers.

Dante may not have the full picture, but he is close enough to start asking the right questions — and he does that with Lulu.

Cullum Knows Jason Didn’t Shoot Him

Cullum is clear on one point: Jason Morgan was not the one who shot him. Jason was about to be killed by Cullum when the shot was fired from behind his back.

That leaves someone else at the scene, and Cullum is trying to figure out who it was. The answer connects back to who would have a reason to protect Britt, and it is only a matter of time before he reaches that conclusion.
