General Hospital Recap Monday, November 24, 2025, Rocco has it rough, Carly fakes it, Jack enforces the rules
Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Monday, November 24, 2025, when Rocco got roughed up, Carly had to keep up pretenses, Dalton was deemed missing, and Jack enforced the rules.
What Happened on General Hospital
On General Hospital, Carly woke up in Jack’s bed and recalled how she got there. Jack told her again that she could bolt if she wanted to, but Carly told him she wasn’t changing her mind about being with him. After she tried to mask her actual opinion and went to the shower, Jack called Josslyn for an update.
Josslyn told Jack that Lucas moved into Wyndermere, but got in an argument with Carly about it. Jack told her to make it right with Carly for security and personal reasons. Later, Carly told Jack about her fallout with Josslyn over Lucas moving in with Marco. Jack gave her the same advice. Carly just couldn’t believe that Josslyn was okay with Lucas living in Sidwell’s house.
Meanwhile, Josslyn and Vaughn spent the night together. When she hung up with Jack, she wondered if he knew where they were. Vaughn said they’d better hope he does not. Josslyn told him that she was feeling guilty about encouraging Lucas and Marco’s relationship. Vaughn told her to remember the bigger picture and how it would help and said he’d help Lucas if needed.
At the hospital, Lucas lamented to Elizabeth about Marco’s hatred of Sonny. Liz advised him not to get involved, not only because of how many people he cared about were also related to Sonny, but because of Sidwell’s hatred of him as well. She suggested he keep his relationship with Marco separate from anything Sonny-related so he didn’t alienate his loved ones.
Dante visited Rocco, and was worried that people could go after him because he was related. Dante told him about Danny and Charlotte’s confessions and hoped they would help get him out of there.
Dalton didn’t show up for his meeting with the D.A. and wasn’t returning her calls, either. She told Nathan that he might have framed Rocco for something he didn’t do.
Forensics did their investigation and the report didn’t match Dalton’s claims. Turner left as Dante came in, and Nathan told him that he thought Turner was going to drop the charges. Dante didn’t want to risk anything by reading the report because of his job and the defendant being his son, but he did send officers to bring Dalton in for questioning.
Sonny went to see Laura at her office, and she was distraught about finding Dalton in her trunk the night before. She noted that she couldn’t bring herself to look in the trunk in the morning. Sonny assured her that there were no traces of anything left in her car, and that the body didn’t exist. Laura spent all night looking for anything else planted in her apartment.
Laura worried that she should have just called the police. Sonny told her that she had to act normal and pretend to be shocked when she heard Dalton had disappeared. Marty came in, and Sonny left to check in on Rocco. Marty scolded Laura for being with Sonny but before it got too heated, Dante came in and announced that Dalton was missing.
Jason went to see Britt at her apartment and apologized for leaving when he did. He said he wanted her to trust him and tell him about her connection to Dalton. Britt sniffed that she’d handle her own problems. Jason didn’t understand how Britt was handling Huntington’s, and wondered if her still being in remission was because of her work at Five Poppies.
Britt recalled how she’d needed him the night before, but he had to go. Jason said he knew that his best wasn’t always enough, but he was trustworthy, and he was going to prove it to her. Just then, Nathan came by and told them that Dalton was missing.
The guards took their time bringing Rocco to see Sonny at the juvenile detention center. When he walked up, Rocco’s face was covered in cuts and bruises. Sonny angrily told the guard he knew why he took his time and warned him that he was about to bring some serious trouble on himself by lying to him about what happened to his grandson.
Sonny pulled Rocco aside, but he didn’t know why he had been attacked. He did, however, think it was because he was related to Dante. Sonny told him to use his name instead and let the inmates know who they were messing with while Sonny worked on getting him out of there.
Outside the hospital, Carly ran into Josslyn. Carly didn’t want to fight with her or Lucas, and said she was there to talk to him. Carly and Josslyn made up, but Joss suggested she give him some time before talking about his choices again and just be supportive, and Carly agreed.
Jack went to the pier to meet Vaughn and questioned his involvement with Josslyn. Vaughn denied being with her, but Jack had two men come and cart him off, as he told him that this is what happens when you defy his orders.
