General Hospital Recap Monday Dec 1st, 2025, Ned surprises Olivia, Willow confides in Nina, Trina is shocked
Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Monday, December 1st, 2025, when Olivia is shocked, Trina overhears too much, and it’s a Quartermaine Thanksgiving miracle.
What Happened on General Hospital

At the hospital, Portia was surprised when Isaiah showed up for work. He told her that it was probably the first Thanksgiving in a while without her family, and he didn’t want her to spend the holiday alone.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn and Olivia were up in arms about someone honking incessantly, but when Olivia opened the door, she found Ned and Michael. Ned had been released a day early and wanted to surprise her. The next time the doorbell rang, it was Brook Lynn who was surprised. Gio and Emma showed up to spend the holiday with them.
Ned caught up with everyone and ensured that Tracy didn’t know anything about his heart attack. Olivia added that they also hadn’t told her that Drew stole all of the Quartermaine heirlooms she had sent ot Lulu’s. Ned had a flashback to confronting Drew in front of Bobbie’s about suing him for everything he stole, and then collapsing to the ground as Drew had walked away. He told the group that the last thing they wanted was a problem with Drew.
Chase made a turkey dinner, despite being warned about the cursed kitchen. There was a near-miss when Outback nearly dug in, but he had pulled it off without a hitch. Better safe than sorry, the Quartermaines decided that they’d better not tempt fate. After remembering other meals that went sideways even after they started eating, Brook Lynn suggested they call it a win and donate the meal rather than eat it. The Quatermaines packaged it all up and brought it to the hospital for the staff.
While they were gone, Gio stayed with Ned and told him that he and Brook Lynn had a reunion. Ned told him he hoped that he would get to a place to have a great relationship with both his parents. Gio thought he and Brook Lynn were on their way, but doubted it would happen with Dante. Ned suggested he stay open to it so he’d never have regrets.
Next it was Gio’s turn to be surprised by the doorbell. Tracy had sent a stack of pizzas in anticipation of a turkey disaster. Before they dug in, they held hands, and sang “We Gather Together” together.
At Drew’s, the wedding preparations were underway. Kai told Drew that the caterers and officiant were sorted but couldn’t stay as he had to be with Trina for the holiday. Alexis arrived, but Drew didn’t think she was faking her happiness enough and told her to try harder. When Elizabeth got there, she and Alexis didn’t hold back on their sarcasm, but did it quietly. Alexis thought that spending Thanksgiving making sure that Scout was okay was more important than being home with Molly and Kristina.
Upstairs, Willow and Scout got ready for the ceremony. Willow told Scout that she was very much like hr mom, and Scout hoped that Willow would be happy married to her dad.
Alexis had a moment alone with Scout, who wanted to know if she’d see more of her mom’s side of the family after Drew and Willow got married. Alexis could only say that Scout’s family was growing, which meant there would be more people to love her, and she was getting the family she deserved.
Nina arrived and told Drew that the only thing she wanted was for her daughter to be happy and that she didn’t come with an agenda of any kind. Drew sneered threats that she better not be playing him. Nina told him to be grateful for once.
Nina brought Willow her dress and offered to help her get ready. Alone, Nina wondered if Willow even loved Drew, and offered to walk out with her if she didn’t want to get married. Nina promised her a home and lawyer, no strings attached. Willow admitted that she thought that it would help her case if she could tell the jury she and Drew were married. “I’ll be married to a Congressman while Michael is with a hooker,” Willow explained. Willow said she didn’t have to love Drew; all that mattered was that she loved her kids and would do whatever she had to for their sake.
After Nina left, Liz arrived to help Willow get into her dress. She found her looking at a picture of the kids, deep in thought.
When Nina came back downstairs, Nathan arrived and she told Nathan what Willow had said to her. “I know I should be relieved, but it makes things worse,” Nina whispered. Nathan had to leave again right away before he even removed his coat. He had a message from work and had to go but told her she’d get through it and have faith in Willow as she was trying to do right by her kids. “Maybe, but she deserves so much more,” Nina lamented.
Later, the ceremony began. Scout walked the aisle as the flower girl, followed by Elizabeth as Alexis, and Nina watched. Willow walked down the aisle towards Drew, who was standing with Martin. Willow gave a slight, knowing nod to Nina as she passed her. Behind the altar, Michael appeared in the window.
Trina greeted her grandfather and Aunt Stella at Curtis’ house. They talked about how Stella had told off Drew, and that Portia was a hero, working at the hospital on the holiday. Kai arrived but shortly afterward, Jordan knocked on the door as well.
Jordan dropped off a side dish but wanted to make a quick exit. Marshall and Stella tried to convince her to stay, but she didn’t. Curtis went outside to ask her again, but she told him that Trina was clearly not ready to include her yet, and that was okay.
Inside, Trina was walking with a platter of food, but dropped it on the floor when she overheard Marshall proudly tell Stella he was going to be a grandfather again because Portia was pregnant. “What did you say?!” she gasped.
Trina ran out of the front door to confront her dad, but found him liplocked with Jordan. Just then, Nathan appeared and told Curtis that he wanted him to come to the station for questioning for the attempted murder of Drew Cain.
