General Hospital Recap May 1

At home, Trina tried to convince Josslyn to come to the Savoy, but she insisted that she had studying to do. She said she’d meet her there later if she could.

Brick Visits Jordan

With Jordan’s encouragement, Curtis said he’d meet Trina at the Savoy for the Michael James Scott performance. Once alone, Jordan had flashbacks to the accident until Brick came in and surprised her.

Jordan shared her feelings and fears with him, then wanted a distraction and asked what Brick had been up to. He could only hint that he’d recently helped overthrow a foreign dictator.

Jordan shared that she and Curtis were together now, and Brick told her he’d better treat her properly. When he left, he told her he had confidence in her and that she would be okay.

Brennan Questions Sonny

At Sonny’s, Brennan asked questions about Carly, but Sonny had his own. He asked why Jason would have shot Cullum.

Sonny said he didn’t know Cullum and didn’t think Jason did either. Brennan was in a foul mood about Carly and was not helpful. Sonny insisted that Jason deserved a fair trial. “Yeah, well, I wouldn’t count on that,” Brennan snarked before walking out.

Britt Asks Cassius To Keep Josslyn’s Secret

In Britt’s office, Cassius wondered if Britt was working with Josslyn after she admitted she’d known she was WSB since the Five Poppies.

Britt explained that it had to stay between them because Cullum and Sidwell would kill her if they found out. “It has to stay between us,” Britt insisted. “I don’t think I can do that,” Cassius said.

Britt explained that Brennan had benched Josslyn to protect her, but she’d been asking questions about their father ever since finding his book and cigarellos on Cullum.

Britt advised Cassius to just continue lying low and leave it alone. She said that Josslyn didn’t know Nathan very well, but they were so close to finishing the project that they couldn’t risk her screwing it up. “She won’t,” Cassius said.

Party At The Savoy

At the Savoy, Cody and Molly mingled with Chase and Brook Lynn. Everyone talked about the accident and the driver who fled the scene, unnerving Brook Lynn.

Curtis and Trina arrived and provided updates on Jordan and the need to apprehend the other driver. Cody told Brook Lynn she seemed really overwhelmed and worried.

Gio and Emma talked about their Broadway experience. Trina was surprised by Brook Lynn’s offer to help her have a singing career, but Gio and Emma encouraged her to consider it.

Cody and Molly talked about her upcoming book tour. Cody offered to join her on tour and be her roady.

Sonny Reaches Out to Britt

Sonny went to the hospital to see Britt and told her he had learned from Brennan that Jason was at a WSB site in Jakarta. Sonny asked who Jason was protecting that night on the pier.

Britt told Sonny that Jason could have gotten away but insisted on staying to protect her, and that she only told the police he shot Cullum at his insistence.

Sonny said she did the right thing, and Jason knew what he was doing. As Jason’s best friend, Sonny wanted ot look out for her. He told her to call him if she ever needed anything.

Cassius Visits Josslyn

Alone at home, Josslyn called Nina’s office and determined where she was for dinner. Next, she was going to call the police station to track down Nathan, but he knocked on her door.

“Nathan” came in and asked Josslyn to be gym buddies. She said she was going to ask the same thing, and they laughed at the idea that Nina thought she had a crush.

Josslyn tested him, bringing up Maxie and asking about the 4th of July when he fell in love. “Nathan” clearly didn’t remember but pretended that he did.

Josslyn said she’d send Nathan her schedule and they could work something out. Nathan said he was there now and thought they should do it now.

Josslyn walked towards the door and made an excuse that she wanted to go for a run before it was too late. Cassius grabbed her wrist and told her it was already too late.

Jack Catches Carly Cheating

At Carly’s, Valentin made them dinner. But as they talked, it became contentious, and they began fighting over Valentin’s decision to reach out to Anna, putting them at risk.

In the end, Valentin agreed that their arrangement wasn’t working and walked out of the kitchen.

Valentin went to the attic, and Carly stayed in the kitchen, but they both threw things in frustration. At the same time, they decided to talk to each other, so when Valentin opened the attic door, Carly was about to walk in.

Before long, they were on Carly’s bed. She stopped to tell him that she was scared. “Me too,” Valentin said.

Downstairs, Jack let himself in. He saw the smashed glass on the kitchen floor and the two glasses of wine on the counter amidst the dinner being prepared.

Jack went upstairs and paused outside Carly’s bedroom door. He took a deep breath and opened the door. Carly gasped and yelled, “Jack?!” as he saw her naked in bed, and men’s clothes at the foot of the bed. “Where is he?” he bellowed.
