TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Anna calls Felicia, Britt warns Rocco she may not have much time left and makes him promise to leave on her next collapse, Charlotte tells Danny the truth about Rocco shooting Cullum, and Cullum uses Cassius to kill Britt.
General Hospital Recap June 24

When Rocco returned from the store, Britt told him that she thought she’d had food poisoning. But she wanted to prepare him for her decline and warned that she would probably die soon.
Britt told Rocco that getting sick was a reminder that the life they were living wasn’t real. She wanted Rocco to promise that the next time she declined, he was to take his passport and leave. Rocco told her he wasn’t leaving her.
Britt admitted that she only agreed to letting Rocco stay with her to the end because she was protecting him from Cullum. Rocco was mad that she lied but still insisted on staying with her to the end, no matter what steps needed to be done.
Cassius Takes Britt’s Medication

Cassius went to Wyndermere and opened the safe. He took the vials of Britt’s meds out and put them into his bag, but when he turned to leave, Cullum was behind him in the doorway.
Cullum didn’t let on that he’d seen him in the safe. He just said he assumed he was there to see his mother and asked for an update from the PCPD. Cassius said he’d been reprimanded for letting Sidwell escape, but that was all. He said he’d care more if he wanted his job, but he planned to leave town as soon as the project was done.
Anna Tries to Convince Her Doctors She’s Better

At the clinic in France, the doctors came to see Anna. Before entering the room, one told the other that it had been months, and she was still violent and paranoid. But when they came into the room, Anna was calm and pleasant.
Anna talked to the doctor about her sanity and said that she knew she was paranoid and adamant about believing that Cesar Faison was after her, and that people were lying that she was on a WSB mission. She had flashbacks to being held under Wyndermere.
Anna told the doctor that she now knew she was imagining it and didn’t believe any of the things she’d claimed.
Charlotte Tells Danny What Really Happened

At Laura’s, Charlotte told Danny that she overheard Lulu telling Laura that her parents were taking Rocco into hiding. She swore him to secrecy before telling him the rest.
Danny was stunned when Charlotte told him that Rocco was the one who shot Cullum. Danny wanted to immediately get his dad released for something he didn’t do.
Charlotte pleaded with Danny to stay quiet, reminding him that the WSB didn’t know Cullum was a double agent and the information would go directly to him if he went over his head. She said that he’d be trading Rocco’s life for Jason’s.
Although Charlotte warned she’d never look at him the same if he blabbed, Danny was conflicted and said he was going to tell his grandmother.
Carly Tells Lucas the Truth About Josslyn

Lucas came to see Carly, and she wasn’t sure whether to hug him or hit him. She cried with relief, but also scolded him for taking on Sidwell.
Carly told Lucas that she needed to know everything he could about the tunnels of Wyndermere. She explained that she needed to find Josslyn, whom she suspected had been taken because she was a WSB agent.
Carly told Lucas the whole story of how Josslyn became an agent and how she’d been living a double life for the past year. When Lucas said he was sorry Carly went through it all alone, she admitted that she didn’t. She explained that someone came along who turned out to be the only one who could help her: Valentin Cassadine.
Lucas had a million questions, but knew it would require time and wine, so he jumped ahead to where Valentin was now. Carly told him Cullum was a double agent and was holding Josslyn hostage. Lucas shared that Cullum was the one who killed Marco.
Carly said that Valentin had only been gone 24 hours but it was still too long to wait on saving Josslyn. Lucas had told her they needed to give him time to carry out the plan, but agreed that if they didn’t hear from Valentin by the next night or the WSB hadn’t made a move, he would go with her to Wyndermere to find Joss.
Felicia and Emma Hear From Anna

At the Metro Court pool, Emma played with James until “Nathan” showed up. Felicia checked in with Gio on how Emma was doing without Anna and the toll it must be taking on her.
Later, the doctor let Anna called Felicia. Under supervision, Anna told Felicia that she’d been working really hard and was feeling more grounded and more herself. She asked Felicia if she could visit her.
Felicia said she would come first thing in the morning. “I will always be there for you,” Felicia promised. Before hanging up, Anna asked her to tell Emma that she loved her.
Felicia ran over and pulled Emma aside. “Your grandmother just called!” she said excitedly. They agreed that Emma should go with her to France.
Meanwhile, Anna hung up the phone and once alone, pulled out a stack of mail. She took a particular envelope out of the middle of the stack and looked at it.
Cullum Sets a Trap for Cassius

At Wyndermere, a WSB double agent told Cullum that he followed Cassius to the mainland, and he made one stop on his way to the pool to meet James: the post office.
Cullum told his WSB agent that Cassius proved he was more concerned about his mom and sister than he was letting on. He said he didn’t need to track down Britt anymore, since Cassius would do the work for him. He explained that the meds Cassius took were actually poison, and instead of saving Britt, he was going to kill her.
The agent asked if it was time to take out Josslyn and Cassius, but Cullum said there was another loose end: Valentin. His focus was on finding him, but he said he left behind two perfect hostages, Carly and Charlotte.
