TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap, Dante challenged Chase over his handling of Tracy’s arrest, while Valentin shared an emotional goodbye with Charlotte before leaving to turn himself in. General Hospital Recap June 17

At the Q mansion, Tracy told Brook Lynn that she thought she was too smart to fall for Willow’s tactics, but Brook Lynn said that it was wrong for Tracy to send a fake text. Tracy reminded her that the text was a statement, not an invitation, yet Willow came running because she knew Chase would be there.
Tracy asked why Brook Lynn was subjugating herself to hold on to her husband. “That’s never a good sign,” she said. Brook Lynn was offended, thinking she was telling her she was weak and pathetic.
Brook Lynn pointed out that she trusts Tracy to handle her business, and she needed to do the same with her. Tracy asked for forgiveness for inserting herself in her marriage and told her she was there for her if she needed. “Just promise me you will stay true to yourself and do whatever that requires,” Tracy said. “I plan on it,” BLQ said intently.
Dante Questions Chase’s Judgment

Dante talked to Chase at the lake dock, who wanted to ask him off the clock about Tracy’s arrest. He questioned if it was because of the law — or Willow. Chase got defensive, but Dante told him that when he started, he had been honest, and now his boundaries seemed blurred.
Dante said that as someone who cared about him and not his boss, he hurt his family. “Tracy hurt someone first,” Chase replied. Dante didn’t care what Brook Lynn’s grandmother did; he wanted Chase to stop expecting Brook Lynn to be the one to budge every time he clashed with a Quartermaine.
Lulu and Dante Compare Notes

At Wyndermere, Lulu came to see Cullum as requested. Behind her, Ethan walked in and explained that he was there to protect her. Cullum claimed he wanted to tell her how great Rocco was while he was in the hospital and to ask where he was so he could thank him for his kindness.
Lulu curtly told him that Rocco was out of town visiting family, and then she and Ethan made a quick exit, exchanging a knowing look on the way out the door.
Lulu went to the Q mansion and told Dante, down by the lake, about being summoned and why. Dante appreciated her telling him the right way, but asked that next time she tell him in advance so he could go with her. “We’re in this together,” he added, making Lulu smile.
Valentin Says Goodbye

Lying in bed together, Carly told Valentin she held hope that he’d be okay, but Valentin thought she should cross her fingers that he wasn’t shot on sight. His plan was to reach the WSB in Geneva, and he was confident that a team would be sent to take down Sidwell and Cullum. Carly promised he’d see Charlotte first.
Charlotte was upset when Valentin told her he was going to the WSB HQ to tell them everything. At first, she wanted to run away with him, but then she realized he was turning himself in.
Carly explained that an email or any other way could be intercepted by Cullum, and he’d be taken more seriously in person. Valentin said they had to say goodbye, and he wasn’t sure if they’d see one another again.
Charlotte tried other ideas, like her going instead or running away, but Valentin was determined to carry it through. They shared a tender goodbye.
Willow Focuses on Family

At the hospital, Willow brought in Drew for his neurologist appointment. They saw Scout with Danny in the waiting area. Molly arrived, and Danny told her that Scout was trying to sneak out to play a prank on him, using his method of climbing down the tree outside her window; she fell and sprained her ankle.
Molly and Danny worried that Willow would renege on her agreement for Scout to spend time with Danny, but she didn’t. She reiterated with Scout that she was happy at Alexis’ with her aunts and brother and said that was all that mattered.
Willow had bigger fish to fry, as Felicia told her she’d arranged for Drew to have a therapist who would work on his speech.
Loose Ends

Chase returned to the house and said that Dante made him see that the arrest was a mistake. But he credited Willow for everything from not pressing charges to the adoption and raved about how lucky they were to have her in their lives. “The luckiest,” Brook Lynn sighed apprehensively.
Cullum walked into Carly’s house with some agents and a search warrant. Charlotte and Carly were getting ice cream when they barged in, but didn’t flinch.
Carly invited them to search, but Cullum snapped that he didn’t need her permission. The men searched everywhere but couldn’t find a trace of Valentin, so they left.
At the hospital, Ethan asked Elizabeth for a DNA test. She did the mouth swab and put the sample in a bag. While she was out of the room, he swapped it with another that he had in his pocket.
