General Hospital Recap June 15: Valentin and Carly run Out of time, Willow Drops the Charges Against Tracy
TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap, Chase infuriated Tracy and Brook Lynn by championing for Willow and called her the bigger person while Carly and Valentin realized they were out of time to save Josslyn. Lulu struggled with guilt over inadvertently pushing Rocco to run away with Britt; Molly was surprised by Alexis and Ric; and Gio and Emma bonded while babysitting Phoebe.
General Hospital Recap June 15

At the lake, Gio and Emma babysat Phoebe. Gio was a natural with babies, but Emma felt out of her league. Gio said she was good with puppies, and it was no different.
“You can train a puppy,” Emma countered. “And a baby trains you.” Gio smiled. He told her that he grew up in a big family and was used to babies, but babysitting his baby sister was a big deal.
Lulu Wrestles With Guilt as Nina Searches for Liesl

At Metro Court, Lulu met with Laura and told her how guilty she felt for getting Rocco the passport, thereby giving him a way to run away with Britt. She said every time her phone made a noise, she hoped it was Rocco reaching out, but it wasn’t.
Lulu admitted she was so desperate to save Rocco that she couldn’t see that her actions were making him feel like only Britt could save him.
At another table, Nina met with Cassius and asked if he’d heard from Liesl. She had already done her homework and determined that she hadn’t been seen in days. “Nathan” said that it was obvious: Liesl left to look for Britt.
“Nathan” said that Liesl would’ve left quietly intentionally to not bring attention. Nina tried to get security footage but was told she couldn’t without a warrant or the owners’ permission, so Nina went to find a shortcut through the red tape.
Cassius saw Lulu across the restaurant and went over to apologize, saying it never would’ve occurred to him that Rocco would run off with Britt. Lulu said it wasn’t his fault and noted she’d taken her fear out on Nathan the last time they’d talked.
“Nathan” told Lulu that he was sure Britt would do everything she could to keep Rocco safe, and he would too. He left when Laura returned. Lulu shared their conversation, but said what they needed right now was a lead to Rocco’s location, and when they did, she and Dante would be the only ones to find their son.
Carly and Valentin Run Out of Time

At Carly’s, Valentin debated going to Wyndermere, even though Carly was convinced she was there after finding her ring. Carly said if Valentin didn’t think they should go to Spoon Island, then she needed to go to Sonny.
Carly thought Sonny and his guys could cause a distraction so they could slip into the tunnels, but Valentin thought he was too volatile to guarantee the result they wanted. “We don’t use Sonny; we use me,” he said.
Valentin said he could distract Cullum and his men so Carly could search the tunnels, but she had to be quick about it, or Cullum would kill him. Just then, someone pounded on the door, so Valentin hid.
Carly opened the door to Nina, who told them about her worries about Liesl going missing. Carly told her she knew what it was like to worry about someone you love and said she’d approve getting the security footage.
After Nina left, Valentin and Carly knew they were out of time as Cullum had found a replacement scientist. He said they were way past the plan of getting him to be a distraction; the only option now was to do what Jack said and turn himself in to the WSB.
Molly Gets a Surprise Book Launch Party

Alexis gathered Molly, Cody, and Ric at her place. Molly was surprised when her parents announced they were throwing her a book launch party.
Alexis added to the surprise when she told Molly that it was Ric’s idea to plan something together. She couldn’t believe they were working together on anything, but they insisted it was going well so far.
Molly was delighted that they’d picked the Metro Court pool as the venue. Ric suggested a Western theme, with the waiters in chaps and 10-gallon hats. Alexis told him it wasn’t a child’s birthday party.
Ric and Alexis bantered about how Sonny could be a bad guy, and Ava a madam. Alexis didn’t like his idea of her being a schoolmarm, so he told her she could pull off a madam look. Molly cringed and looked at Cody in horror of what she was witnessing.
Willow and Michael React to Tracy’s Arrest

At Q mansion, Michael and Brook Lynn found Ivan nursing Willow’s knee, and he told them that Tracy was arrested for pushing the Congresswoman into the lake. Willow told Brook Lynn she was just glad that Chase was there for her.
Alone with Michael, Willow told him she was glad he was taking it seriously. She was going to make a statement to the police so they could press charges. “I know how inconvenient it is for a Quartermaine to be held accountable for their actions,” Willow told him. Michael agreed but wondered if Willow was really the right person to go up against Tracy.
Michael warned that everything would come up again, all the fighting about who shot Drew, the affair, everything. Neither wanted Wylie and Amelia to go through that, and said they loved Tracy, and went through enough being separated from Willow.
Chase Is Adamant About Tracy’s Arrest

At the police station, Tracy warned Chase that it wasn’t going to turn out the way he hoped. Dante took her to the interrogation room and took off her cuffs. Tracy told him it was pathetic how Chase treated Willow, but Dante warned her that people have gone to prison for less than she did.
In the hall, Justine told Chase that he endangered the department by arresting someone like Tracy, who already has a bone to pick with the PCPD and the resources to sue. She asked if he even saw the alleged assault, and he admitted that he didn’t; he just took Willow’s word over Tracy’s.
Justine reminded Chase that he was already on notice about Willow and it wasn’t a good look. Chase doubled down on his stance and said if she didn’t want to prosecute, she should consider her own bias and recuse herself. Justine told him that he had better hurry up and write his report then.
Brook Lynn came in and wanted an explanation, so Chase said he didn’t have a choice after Tracy grabbed her arm and threw her in the lake. Brook Lynn marched into the interrogation room but told Chase not to come with her. When she walked in, Dante told Brook Lynn that he was going to talk to the ADA, and Tracy announced Willow was trying to frame her. She asked if it was true that she lured Willow to the lake to begin with; Tracy smiled.
Brook Lynn Pushes Tracy to Make Peace

Tracy admitted she’d texted Willow that Wiley and Chase were at the boathouse, but that she did it for Brook Lynn to prove that Willow was after her husband. Brook Lynn reminded her about the adoption and said they didn’t need the extra scrutiny. “If you want to help me, apologize to Willow whether you pushed her or not!” Brook Lynn insisted.
In the hall, Dante told Turner that she needed to be sure either way she went with it because of Willow being in Congress. She told him to get her the proof then because she wanted nothing to do with the situation.
At the desk, Dante told Chase he was in a tough spot, but he was backing Chase up. He said he needed to make it right before the arraignment because if it turned out to be a Quartermaine squabble that got out of hand, then it benefits everyone, including Chase and Willow, to let cooler heads prevail.
Later, Dante brought Willow into the interrogation room. Before Tracy could say anything, Willow said she would make it easier on her. With Chase by her side, a feisty Willow said that she wasn’t going to press charges. She added that she regretted that their argument got out of control, and Tracy felt like she had to resort to physical violence. Chase thanked Willow for being the bigger person as Tracy’s jaw dropped and Brook Lynn fumed.
