General Hospital Recap June 1: Pascal Pulls A Gun, Lucas Names Marco’s Killer, Jack Tells Nina Where To Find Valentin

TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap, Nina injects Brennan’s dose in a plant, and he reveals that Carly is hiding Valentin, and sleeping with him, too. Ric, Tracy, and Brook Lynn plot to force Sidwell out of Deception using the threat of a federal audit. Josslyn faces Pascal at Wyndermere, who holds her at gunpoint, but she holds her ground by mentioning Cassius and Anna. They both unnerve each other into wondering how dispensable they truly are. Lulu confides in Carly about Rocco and Britt, and later, Nina comes to see Valentin at Carly’s. Lucas tells Det. Joe Fitzpatrick that Pascal killed Marco.

General Hospital Recap June 1

Tracy and Brook Lynn invited Ric over to talk about how to get Sidwell out of Deception. He suggested threatening a federal audit to get him to pull out. Ric noted that it didn’t come without a cost, however. Brook Lynn scoffed that he wouldn’t kill them in his home, but Ric said that didn’t cover their butts when they left.

A Turning Point at Turning Woods

Nina went to Turning Woods to see Jack, and he asked if she was there to inject him again. Nina said that was the plan and pulled out a big needle, but emptied it in a potted plant instead. She told Jack that it was a powerful drug, but he’d be able to talk better the more it wore off.

Jack and Nina talked briefly about how Sidwell provided the drugs and Willow administered them to Drew, but were interrupted by a nurse. “Is someone else here? I thought I heard voices,” he noted as he looked around for a second person with Nina, thinking that Jack was incapacitated.

After the nurse left, Brennan said that Nina needed to get in touch with Carly because she knew where Valentin was and he was their only hope of getting out of this mess with Cullum. Nina was stunned when Jack told her that not only was Carly keeping Valentin hidden at her house, but she was also sleeping with him. 

Pascal Brings a Gun, Josslyn Shoots Words 

At Wyndermere, Pascal ordered Josslyn to put her hands on her head so he could deliver her food. Josslyn said she didn’t need it so he burst in with a gun pointed at her and threatened that she needed to learn a lesson about doing what she’s told.

Josslyn mused that Pascal survived Five Poppies like a cockroach and then accused him of being behind Anna’s disappearance. She even told him she was there the night of the storm and found the book and cigarellos. Pascal shrugged that she wouldn’t be around to share her theories with anyone.

Josslyn shot back that Cassius would’ve killed her already if he wanted to, but he was protecting her, but that he hated Pascal. They argued about who was more protected — her by Cassius, or him by Sidwell. In the end, Josslyn told Pascal that he was just as vulnerable as she was. She put up a good front, but once he left, she was shaken, as we Pascal outside the door.

Sonny And Laura Ask Lucas For Help

Sonny and Laura brought over Lucas and told him that Sidwell was blackmailing Laura. They compared notes about things Britt had told them about Dalton’s killing and Pascal. Sonny asked Lucas’ opinion about Pascal and if he could be flipped. Lucas scoffed, he should just kidnap and threaten him, and that would do it. 

Lucas told them the events leading up to Cullum’s killing Marco. Laura said that if they couldn’t find a non-violent way to get Pascal to help, then she would go to the police and confess, but instead, Lucas said he needed to avenge Marco’s death and said he would help them.

Carly’s Visitors

At Carly’s, Valentin liked it when Carly said he was hot. She told him they weren’t using one another and she didn’t want to run away. They began making out on the couch, but were interrupted by Lulu, who needed someone to talk to that she could trust. Lulu told Carly everything about Britt taking Rocco and how she couldn’t take Charlotte on the run as Valentin did.

Lulu felt a lot better after letting it all out, but after she left, Carly and Valentin were interrupted again by Nina, who told Carly she needed to talk to her houseguest and knew Valentin was staying there.

Busy Day for the PCPD

At the PCPD, Dante shared with Elizabeth his feelings about Lulu not telling him what was going on, and Rocco running away with Britt. As they went through the details and facts, Dante noted that Elizabeth was more respectful of him being Rocco’s father than Lulu was. 

Elizabeth sort of defended Lulu and, surprisingly, Britt. She said that when she talked to her, she sounded like a worried mom and was sure that she was going to take care of Rocco and wasn’t just trying to take him from Dante and Lulu. As they talked, Lulu was eavesdropping from outside the room.

Meanwhile, Joe was at his desk when Lucas came in and asked to speak to Dante. He told him he was busy, so Lucas said he had information about Marco’s murder and that the killer was Pascal.
