General Hospital Recap July 24: Nina Pushes Drew Into the Lake and Britt Reunites With Jason
TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap for Friday, July 24, 2026, Britt reunites with Jason, Chase is tasked with bringing Willow in for questioning, Willow prepares to flee with Drew and the children, and Nina panics when Drew speaks and pushes him into the lake.
General Hospital Recap July 24

Alexis met Valentin at Bobbie’s and apologized to her for being under intense scrutiny while he was on the run. She was just glad she wasn’t involved more, or that he hadn’t knocked on her door to hide him, as she would have had to say no.
Alexis warned the WSB would be expecting him to screw things up for himself but he said he was motivated to not let that happen. Valentin explained that he wanted access to his assets, assuring her that Ace’s estate would remain as-is.
Elizabeth Pushes Willow to Let Drew Speak

At the hospital, Elizabeth told Lucas that Britt was a no-show at work that day. She then told him how she had access to technology to help Drew speak, but Willow put the conversation off six times.
Elizabeth took a break and went to Willow’s office. She questioned if Willow was worried about what Drew might say if he could speak.
Willow told Liz that her marriage was suffering and she and Drew had plenty of things to talk about, but didn’t want to have that conversation through a machine. Liz said she totally understood that, but still advocated for her to let Drew have his voice.
Britt Returns to GH

When Britt got to the hospital, Lucas laid into her about coming to work late. He said that she was acting just as entitled as ever. He told her she was on her own and he wouldn’t ever help her again.
When Elizabeth got there, Britt told her that she was late because the WSB called her in. Elizabeth said she needed to explain herself to Stella and HR instead, because she reported her as a no-show and it was out of her hands.
Britt was worried but went to see a patient. When she came out of the exam room, she saw Lucas and Elizabeth giggling and talking on the bench. Dejected, she walked away but then the elevator door opened and Jason walked out. Britt’s face lit up.
Brennan Questions Britt

Brennan called Josslyn into the WSB office. He wanted her to sit in on an interview to get her take. Britt walked in and asked why she was there, upset that Jack was holding possible charges over her head forever. He advised her to make herself very useful to the WSB.
Britt told him that she kept her head down in the lab at Five Poppies and just tried to avoid Cullum as much as possible. He asked if she had the black box but she did not. Getting texts from Lucas unnerved her and she wanted to get to work.
After Britt left, Josslyn told Brennan that she appeared genuine, but she’d trusted her once before and it came back to bite her. Josslyn asked if Jack was looking for evidence against Cullum with the black box, or if it was his own.
Chase Gets a New Assignment

At the PCPD, Dante asked to speak to Chase about Willow. They went to the interrogation room, and Chase told him that Ezra was cooperating and was connecting Willow to Sidwell. He wanted her brought in for questioning.
Chase assumed he was telling him to butt out but Dante said that they might be partners soon and asked him to be the one to bring Willow in. Chase thought it was some sort of test but Dante assured him it was not and thought they should start working together.
Jason and Danny Return

At the lake, Rocco brought Scout a drink and complimented her swimming. He was taken aback when Danny and Jason walked up, too. Jason asked to speak to Willow about Danny and Scout’s living arrangements but she told him she was busy for a few days.
Willow said she had to call the WSB and asked Nina to take Drew home. Scout wanted to talk to him first, and encouraged Drew to try to get along with everyone. Jason chimed in by telling Drew it was time for a new chapter for the sake of the kids.
Jason Reassures Rocco

Jason asked Rocco to go for a walk so they could talk. Jason told Rocco that he didn’t think there would be charges against him but if anything ever happened, he had his back. Rocco told him that he took off with Britt, and why. He didn’t understand why Jason was being nice to him when he was the reason he was taken away. Jason insisted that he was the one who made the decision for Rocco.
Jason told Rocco that he did nothing wrong and that what he went through was tough, and that he didn’t have to do it anymore, as he was there for him. He also said that Danny telling the WSB was wrong and apologized on his behalf. He promised that if anything came from that, he would still insist he shot Cullum, and that Danny only said it because he was a desperate kid trying to help his father. Jason said he and Danny talked it through and he understood what he did shouldn’t have happened.
Rocco wondered if Jason would have taken the blame if he knew what the WSB was going to do to him. He agreed they were rough on him, but it was because of who he was and the things he’d done his whole life. Rocco didn’t know how he’d repay him but Jason said that was the one who owed Rocco.
Willow Makes Plans to Run

In the boathouse, Willow told Nina about her meeting with Brennan. She said that she was swinging by the house, grabbing some things, getting the kids from Lila’s Place, and heading to the airport. She said that Brennan could get them all new identities, including her.
Willow told Nina to think about it because she had a life, but Drew would start talking anytime, and she had no way to protect herself, so she had to go as soon as possible. When Willow hung up, she grabbed her things to bolt but Chase was at the door. He said he needed her to come with him to the station.
When Nina hung up, she was stunned. She returned to the dock, where Scout had convinced Danny he needed to tell Alexis he was back. She told Nina they were going to go meet their grandmother at Bobbie’s, and Nina assured her she would get her dad back home.
Once alone, Nina called Jack but got his voicemail. She pleaded for him to call her as soon as possible before choices were made that couldn’t be undone. When she hung up, she bent over next to Drew to unlock the brakes, and he asked her if she got bad news.
Nina gasped that he could talk, then seethed that it was bad news for her — but worse for him. Nina panicked as she was overwhelmed with the situation and what it meant for her and Willow and she pushed Drew into the lake.
