General Hospital Recap

Dante called in Chase as the Internal Affairs investigation results were in. He read the findings that Chase used resources for personal gain and that he jeopardized the case.
Chase was relieved he hadn’t been fired, but Dante told him he’d been demoted. Chase was livid that he was being punished for being right.
Dante said he didn’t think Cahse was right, but he had to earn trust to get back where he was. Chase stormed out. When he passed by Nathan, he told him to start looking for a new partner.
Brennan went to see Josslyn at her home to tell her that Cullum was involved and she was in danger. He said that her information was in a sealed file to protect her identity.
Josslyn realized that Jack didn’t trust Cullum but didn’t see how that affected her. Jack said she was being deactivated as an agent.
Josslyn was upset, noting she was working on Sidwell’s case and had influenced her uncle to move to Spoon Island at his request. Jack said she’d be recognized, and they had a new asset there: Britt.
Jack told Jossly that he appreciated all the work she’d done, but right now, he needed her to stay sharp — and stay invisible.
Britt told Carly she was moving out of her rat trap of an apartment. Britt said Bobbie would roll over in her grave if she knew what a slumlord Carly was.
Carly wished Britt were leaving town. Britt countered about her relationship with Jason and called Carly obsessed with him. “You’re threatened by me because I’m the only one who points it out,” Britt sneered.
Carly said Britt was jealous that she’d never have what she and Jason had. Britt agreed and said she didn’t want it because it was pathetic.
Behind them, Cullum was meeting with Rocco and Lulu. He said their family was famous in the bureau, but he brought up the break-in at Dalton’s lab. He said his disappearance hadn’t been solved.
Lulu didn’t know anything or have any info so Cullum gave her his card. He paid his bill at the bar, making Britt jump as he was near her. As he walked out, Britt stomped to Carly.
Britt grabbed Carly’s arm and said she was sick and tired of her moral authority act. Carly agreed then in a hushed tone, said she knew Britt was trying to bait her and wanted to know why.
Elizabeth went to see Laura and talked about how she knew what it was like to be alone. Laura agreed but said she was keeping busy with work. Liz offered to be there for her if she needed to be sad or wanted to talk.
Willow went to see Alexis and told her that Drew had a stroke. She said she didn’t know how to tell Scout, so Alexis offered to do it.
Alexis appreciated how thoughtful Willow was about Scout. “Of course, I know how much she loves you, Kristina, and Molly,” Willow told her. Alexis suggested that Scout move in with her for the time being.
Willow agreed it was a good idea given the circumstances, but didn’t want her to see Danny. She was worried about Drew’s reaction and thought it might be asking too much. Alexis said they could talk about it another time.
When Willow left, Suzanne came in. Alexis told her that Willow was giving her Scout. She said when she was with her, it was like having Sam around.
Alexis told Suzanne how great she was as her assistant, but she was also a good friend.
At the hospital, Nina asked Lucas to tell her straight about Drew’s condition. He said he was about to talk to a specialist, but he could only discuss his status with Willow.
Kai arrived and asked Nina to review a press statement before word got out. Nina brought up Portia’s testimony about Drew’s blackmail and said she was surprised he still worked for him.
Kai admitted he was considering resigning and it was hard to find the good in Drew. “I don’t know how Willow does it,” he said. “Neither do I,” Nina told him.
Nina advised Kai not to make any big career decisions yet. She suggested that sometimes people come back from a health crisis as a changed person.
Willow returned, and Nina updated her. Willow read the statement that Kai and gave it approval. Lucas approached and told them he had a prognosis. “I’m afraid it’s not what we hoped,” he said.
When Lucas explained that Drew had a severe type of stroke, Willow knew that his recovery was unlikely, though not impossible. Kai left, and Nina watched her daughter curiously as Willow sobbed loudly on Elizabeth’s shoulder.
In the Q solarium, Tracy told Jason she found him annoying on a good day, but if he needed an alibi, he could say he was with her after the trial. Jason said he wasn’t sorry that Drew got what he deserved, but he had nothing to do with it and didn’t need an alibi.
When Danny came in, Tracy and Jason told him about Drew. He wanted to text his sister, but they didn’t know if she knew, and he couldn’t break the restraining order.
Danny asked if they could get Willow to lift the restraining order. Jason said he couldn’t talk to her, but he knew someone who could.
Jason went to Bobbie’s and saw Carly and Britt arguing. He asked if everything was okay; Carly was stunned when Britt said she was reminding her of why she wanted nothing to do with him.
Lulu went to see Laura and told her that she’d just been with WSB Director Ross Cullum, who was questioning her about Dalton’s disappearance.
Laura wondered what Cullum was after exactly, so Lulu told her she didn’t know, but it seemed like the WSB was intent on finding Dalton.
When Chase came home, he was fuming. He swiped the backgammon board off the ottoman to the couch. He was cleaning it up when Tracy walked in.
Chase told her about the demotion to the rank of patrol officer. Tracy said he knew about her campaign to save Willow, but said it was the department’s loss.
Chase couldn’t believe it had come to this and didn’t know what he was going to do next. Tracy said he had a lot to discuss with Brook Lynn.
Danny went to see Alexis and told her that Jason suggested she ask Willow to see Scout. Alexis told him what she had already with Willow, but said there was a good chance that she could get Willow to let them see one another soon.
Josslyn went to the hospital to see Lucas and asked him again to make up with her mom. Lucas invited Josslyn over to Wyndermere when he was off work so they could share a glass of wine and talk.
Nina sat with Willow and noted that she seemed really upset. She reminded her that she didn’t really love Drew. Willow said that was before he collapsed in front of her.
Nina asked Willow not to turn her sympathy into forgiveness — or worse, real love. Willow was adamant that she wanted to make sure her husband got the care he deserved.
