General Hospital Recap for June 29, 2026: Cassius Is Exposed as Sidwell’s Partner
TL;DR: In today’s General Hospital recap for Monday, June 29, 2026, Anna tries to convince Felicia that Nathan is really Cassius, Sidwell exposes Cassius during a police raid, Britt is arrested in Tortola, Danny saves Charlotte from a WSB abduction attempt, and Sonny learns Sidwell is still in Port Charles.
General Hospital Recap June 29

In France, Felicia remained skeptical of Anna’s insistence that “Nathan” was actually his twin brother, Cassius. Anna explained that after escaping the clinic and stealing a car, she made her way to Faison’s château near the Swiss border, where she discovered a letter from Liesl’s sister, Madeline, giving her newborn son to Faison to raise.
Even after Anna showed her the letter, Felicia pointed out that it never explicitly mentioned Cassius being Nathan’s identical twin. However, she admitted that “Nathan” had behaved strangely lately, including dating Lulu, something that seemed unlike him. Although disappointed that Felicia still doubted her, Anna begged her friend to at least consider the possibility that Cassius had been impersonating Nathan for James’ sake.
Felicia Tries To Warn Cody

Outside in the courtyard, Mac told Emma that although Anna appeared to be improving, Dr. Laurent still had concerns about her mental health. Emma remained hopeful her grandmother would soon be released.
Felicia joined them and handed Mac the letter from Madeline. After reading it, Mac and Felicia immediately tried calling Cody, but the call went straight to voicemail. Felicia left an urgent message warning him to keep James away from Nathan.
Later, Anna admitted to Emma that every instinct told her she was right about Cassius. Still, when Emma gently asked what would happen if she was wrong, a less confident Anna admitted that if that were the case, she may really be losing her mind.
Molly and Cody Enjoy Time With James

Cody and Molly took James to the Metro Court pool while Mac and Felicia remained overseas. After James accidentally ruined Cody’s phone in the water, Felicia’s urgent voicemail warning never reached him.
As they spent time together, Molly admitted she dreaded the possibility of Alexis and Ric rekindling their romance. Remembering how toxic their relationship had been throughout her childhood, she hoped Ric remained happy with Elizabeth and wished her mother could find happiness elsewhere.
Sonny Learns Sidwell Is Still in Town

At Pozzulo’s, Alexis asked Sonny to speak with Danny after his failed attempt to break into WSB headquarters while trying to reach Jason.
When Sonny learned Cullum had personally reprimanded Danny, he finally revealed that Cullum was the man responsible for Marco’s murder. Both agreed Danny could never learn the truth, fearing he would immediately try to expose Cullum and jeopardize Jason.
Later, Justine stopped by to warn Sonny that Sidwell was likely still hiding in Port Charles while police monitored a suspected safehouse. She cautioned Sonny not to take matters into his own hands and warned that she wouldn’t be able to overlook it if he did.
Danny Saves Charlotte

After rescuing Charlotte from a fake WSB agent attempting to abduct her, Danny took her to the Quartermaine boathouse. Charlotte was shocked that Danny came back after everything she’d said to him. “I’ll always come back for you,” Danny told her.
Charlotte believed Cullum wanted to use her to get to Valentin, which reassured her that he still didn’t know Valentin had traveled to Geneva. Their conversation was interrupted when Alexis called Danny to warn him about Cullum. Refusing to abandon Charlotte, Danny told his grandmother he needed to help a friend.
Cullum Gives Cassius an Impossible Choice

At the PCPD, Joe and Justine discussed Willow’s reaction after learning her vehicle’s trip log placed her on Route 91 the night of Jordan’s accident. Justine dismissed Willow’s surprise as nothing more than getting caught.
They also learned Britt had been arrested in Tortola for kidnapping and would be extradited back to the United States. Joe questioned why Dante wanted to keep both the FBI and WSB away from Rocco’s disappearance investigation before heading to the stakeout at Sidwell’s suspected hideout. Justine placed the S.W.A.T. team on standby.
Meanwhile, at Wyndemere, Cassius informed Cullum that the PCPD had surveillance on the property Laura and Jordan believed Sidwell was using. Cullum ordered Cassius to oversee the operation himself — and to kill Sidwell.
Cullum promised Cassius half the project’s profits if he complied, but warned that refusing would mean certain death for both Josslyn and Liesl.
Sidwell Exposes Cassius

Later, “Nathan” joined Joe at the stakeout. Joe shared that Britt had been arrested and revealed another disturbing discovery: the syringe recovered from her room contained only saline instead of medication that could treat Huntington’s disease. Before Cassius could process the news, Ezra arrived with Sidwell hidden in the trunk of his vehicle.
When Joe pulled out his phone to alert Justine and bring in S.W.A.T., Cassius stopped him, claiming there was likely a leak inside the department and suggesting they take Sidwell down themselves.
Inside the house, Sidwell refused to leave Port Charles until he found Marco’s killer. He ordered Ezra to help him, while Jenz suggested Cullum was likely hoping someone else eliminated Sidwell so he could take over the operation himself.
Joe and “Nathan” entered and attempted to make the arrest. However, Sidwell laughed before exposing Cassius’ true identity, calling him by name and ordering him to shoot Detective Fitzpatrick.
Joe insisted Sidwell was confused, but Cassius suddenly turned his gun on his partner. “I’m sorry, Joe. You’re going to have to drop your weapon,” Cassius said.
