General Hospital Recap

At Alexis’ house, she talked to Molly and Kristina abou how the jury will react to Willow and Drew getting married. The risk was that they saw it as Drew being obsessed with Willow and her taking advantage of it. Later, Molly realized she’d missed a message from Cody asking to meet him at the Brown Dog. Kristina wanted to make up for hiring Cody to seduce Ava, and offered to help Molly to dress up and go meet him.
At Sonny’s, Ric flipped out that Emma and Gio brought stolen dogs to the house, implicating all of them in a crime. Before they could get too far into the drama, Dante walked in. Realizing the situation, he first went off on Rocco, but when he found out he wasn’t involved, he turned to Gio.
Ranting about laws, crimes, irresponsibility, and implicating others, Dante was just getting started when Sonny told him enough. Dante changed his tactics to ask questions. Emma and Gio told him that they were coming home, heard dogs crying, and they saved them, and didn’t steal them.
Alone in the living room, Sonny told Dante there was no victim, and Ric confirmed there was no crime. But Dante said that Dalton coudl return tomorrow and decide his dogs were stolen.
Dante told Sonny how Rocco said that he’d abandoned him and Lulu twice and that it hurt. He still thought that Rocco needed to stay away from Gio. Sonny advised that Dante look at the situation as a father, as he had two sons, and they both needed him.
Everyone came in, and Rocco offered to go home with Dante if he let Gio and Emma off the hook and let the dogs stay. Dante walked out and Rocco followed. Dante stared down Gio before closing the door. Sonny looked at Ric as he told Gio that good brothers did that type of thing for one another.
Laura opened her door to Sidwell. He asked how her constituents were going to feel about Dalton’s death and showed her a photo taken from behind and above her as she opened her trunk and saw Dalton’s body in it.
Laura asked where the murder weapon was. She stepped closer to him as he tried his best menacing tone to threaten her. Laura told him that she’d faced worse than him, and none of them were around anymore.
Sidwell laughed that he could implicate Sonny now as well, since he was part of the cover up — and had the same motive to kill Dalton as Laura did, to protect Rocco. Sidwell offered to make things simple: as long as Laura cooperated, no one would know. Laura scoffed at his fabricated evidence and asked what he really wanted.
Sidwell said that Laura would continue to be mayor but would also work for him, and as long as she did what he requested, she would stay in office and out of prison. Laura asked what would happen if she didn’t. Sidwell said if something happened to her, it would just “kill” her family members.
Someone knocked at the door, and Sidwell answered. Laura’s jaw dropped when Ezra walked in, saying he was sorry and asking what he had missed. Sidwell explained that Ezra would be his messenger.
Laura kicked out Sidwell and Ezra. They weren’t in a hurry to leave when they heard Ace crying on the monitor. Sidwell picked it up and said that everyone had their price, and he knew Laura’s. He handed her the monitor and said he’d be in touch.
At the Brown Dog, Spinelli spun out to Jason about Maxie’s condition. He worried that they could lose. Jason said that to get through it, he had to focus on Maxie waking up and coming back to them.
Jason saw Britt across the bar, drinking with Cody. She was stressed about seeing Dalton die, and he was miserable thinking he’d been stood up by Molly. They chugged back some beers, and Jason seemed concerned when they were stumbling drunk near the bar.
After Spinelli left, Jason grimaced, watching Britt and Cody at the jukebox. He thought back to dancing to a song with Molly, and he put it on. Britt insisted that he dance with her.
Behind them, Molly walked in and was taken aback when she saw them. She ran out a moment later when Britt kissed him, and missed that Cody pulled back. He told Britt that there was someone else in the picture, and he wasn’t interested.
Britt went to the bar and ordered a double shot of tequila in a spicy margarita but Jason asked them to make it a water instead. Britt told JAson that if he had such a problem with someone kissibng her, maybe he should do something about it and kiss her himself.
Cody sat down and looked at his messages, with no response from Molly. Meanwhile, she came back home and was furious.
Trina talked to Kai about everything and tried to help. He wanted to talk through the night of the shooting, but she didn’t want to go there. “It looks more and more like one of my parents shot Drew,” she said. Worse, if they did do it, Trina knew it was to protect her.
Kai pointed out that Portia later saved Drew at the hospital, and didn’t think Curtis was the culprit either. Trina agreed to let Kai help and they would find out who really shot Drew.
At the Savoy, Curtis told Jordan how he’d asked Selina to kill Drew and why. In the end, though, he said that his conscience got the better of him and he canceled the murder-for-hire request. He didn’t care if Drew died, but he couldn’t risk being the reason.
Curtis admitted that in the missing time of his whereabouts, he returned ot Aurora and canceled the payment to Selina as it had to be done on the same network. Jordan said she believed Curtis and hugged him.
