General Hospital Recap

At the station, Britt and Brad tried to convince Chase that it was all a big misunderstanding and that they were going to get her credit card to pay the bill. As he brought them into the interrogation room, they asked for a phone call and a lawyer. Chase gave them their phones and told them to make it quick.
In the barn, Tracy told Cody that Outback had stolen her glove and wanted to report a thief. Tracy was bemused when he called the dog his Princess Pie. They sat down and Cody told Tracy about his feelings for Molly.
Cody said that every time they got close, Molly pulled away. He said he invited her out on Thanksgiving, but she ghosted him. She
Kristina, Molly, Jason, and Danny showed up with a tree and told her she was too busy with the trial, so they were bringing Christmas to her instead. Alexis told Danny that she was going to win the case so they could be free to see Scout.
Jason told Molly he was at the Brown Dog when she walked in and saw Britt kissing Cody. He told her that it was all Britt’s doing, and she left before she could see Cody break it up. “He spent the rest of the night staring at the door,” Jason told her. “Sounds like he was waiting for someone,” Kristina added. Jason got a call from Britt asking him to come to the station, so he bolted.
Danny told Molly that guys were dumb, and Cody probably thought she was too good for him. He said that if she wanted him, she should tell him. Kristina agreed, so Molly left to find Cody.
Nina apprehensively met with Ava, who explained she wanted to salvage their friendship. Nina was mad at her about Portia, but Ava said that she’d trusted her and she was the one who tried to turn Portia in.
Nina defended herself, claiming she’d made far worse concessions to save her daughter. Nina said she might never repair her relationship with Portia, but she missed Ava and hoped she hadn’t lost her.
Across the room, Jordan asked Curtis how he pulled off getting his charges dropped. Curtis explained that ADA Turner chose the case she thought was stronger. Curtis told Jordan he wanted Trina to accept their relationship and that he would assure his daughter that he’d be supportive of Portia’s pregnancy in every way.
Jordan said Trina believed her presence undermined his marriage, and she didn’t know how they would get around that. She suggested they call it quits for Trina’s sake before it went any further.
Curtis didn’t want to end anything. He said that change was never easy, but Trina would come around. “Jordan, I am not giving you up again,” he said as he kissed her.
Gio helped Trina with her tree and said he’d rather be there than where he had to go next. Emma stopped by and was surprised to see Gio there, as she knew he was supposed to be at Lulu’s. Gio said he wasn’t thrilled, but he wouldn’t leave Rocco hanging. Also, if Dante could make the effort, he could as well.
After Gio left, Emma told Trina how much she cared about him. Trina told her she was Gio’s person. They decided that Emma should go support him with Dante. Once alone, Trina decorated her tree. She looked at a photo of her with her parents, then curled up on the couch, hugging a pillow.
Portia was resting at the cabin when Trina messaged her, wishing her well. She told Isaiah about Trina’s text and said she worried she’d lose her. She didn’t know how Trina would handle it if the baby were Isaiah’s. As she and Curtis weren’t divorced, she knew Trina would see it as a betrayal.
Portia told Isaiah she was already in love with the baby, and she was scared. She wanted a safe, healthy pregnancy and to be a good mom. She appreciated how Isaiah was being with her, supportive, and with no judgment.
Isaiah told Portia that he hoped the baby was his, and she agreed. Just then, there was a knock on the door. Isaiah opened it and found a process server there. He served Portia with a subpoena to appear in court at Willow’s trial for the defense.
At Lulu’s, she told Laura and Sonny that the gathering was the first time Dante and Gio would be together since their blow-up. She asked for their help to prevent them from coming to blows. Laura and Sonny agreed to wrangle the kids, but Lulu knew the real problem was Dante. Just then, he walked in the door.
Dante told Lulu he would put his best foot forward. When Charlotte and Rocco came in, they began trimming the tree. Gio arrived, and Rocco asked him to help him bring in more firewood. Dante immediately went to follow, but Sonny told him to give them a minute.
Dante hovered by the window. Lulu told him her place was already under surveillance and the boys didn’t need him controlling their every interaction. She said they should both hope the brothers would bond for life and it was up to them to define their relationship. “I don’t think you want to interfere in that,” Lulu smiled.
On the side, Laura and Sonny whispered about Sidwell. She hoped that Jenz would drop his guard soon. Sonny assured her he’d do what he had to to protect the ones he loved.
Rocco announced that he had something important to say. He apologized to Laura for jeopardizing her mayoral run. He thanked everyone for their support. When Gio saw Dante smiling, he smiled at him as well.
Dante told Rocco that he’d given a nice apology to his grandma and was proud of him. Lulu noted to Laura it was a Christmas miracle.
Jason came to the station, and Britt and Brad told him their version of reality. Jason grimly looked at Brad as he said, “I’m not bailing that guy out.” Jason walked out as Brad told Britt that if Jason really cared about her, he’d help her friend, too.
Brad ranted about Jason and how he was so judgmental for a hit man. He asked Britt if Jason was the guy she really wanted when he left her to rot in jail at the police station just because she was friends with Brad.
Britt whined that they’d have to spend the night in jail, as Brad added, “It’s always so gross!” Chase came in and took their photos. He said the pics would go on the Cafe Cherie wall. Meanwhile, Jason paid the bill with a 40% tip to the server they’d stiffed.
Jason returned to Alexis’ house and she was glad, telling him they all wanted him there. Jason, Danny, Kristina, and Alexis trimmed the tree together.
Molly arrived at the barn, but only found Outback instead of Cody. Behind her, Cody came back from walking Tracy home, and asked why she was there. Molly rushed over and kissed him. She saw his reaction and panicked that she’d read things wrong. “You just beat me to it,” Cody said as he kissed her again.
