General Hospital Cheat Sheet
Weekly Recap for July 13–17, 2026

It was a week where long-awaited reunions collided with painful truths. Jason finally made his way back to Port Charles, but quickly left again. Anna learned she hadn’t imagined the horrors of Wyndemere, Liesl was determined to clear Cassius’ name, and Portia’s surprise delivery brought a joyful new beginning. Meanwhile, Drew’s recovery continued to surprise everyone around him, Britt struggled to rebuild a life she never expected to have, and several families found themselves facing difficult conversations that couldn’t be postponed any longer.
The Week That Was

Jason Finally Came Home to Port Charles

Months after disappearing, Jason’s return began on the plane home next to a doctor, who turned out to be Dr. Tristan Roberts, whose connection to Jason may prove important in the weeks ahead.
Although he spent much of his journey haunted by memories of his captivity, there was never any question about where Jason wanted to be. His first reunion came with Danny, who spotted his father standing on the docks and raced into his arms. It was a quiet moment that said everything after months of uncertainty.
Next, Jason saw Tracy, but the reunion was quick. He asked her to tell Alexis he was back and that he and Danny were heading out of town together to reconnect.
Anna’s Search for the Truth Took Another Turn

Anna spent the week discovering that many of the memories she’d been told were delusions were actually real. Liesl confirmed she had been imprisoned in the very same room beneath Wyndemere, giving Anna the validation she’d desperately needed after months of questioning her own mind.
Anna’s search for answers led to tense confrontations with both Josslyn and Britt. Anna questioned Josslyn about the deal she struck with the WSB and later challenged Britt over her role in helping Cassius. Neither conversation brought Anna the closure she wanted, but both reinforced how deeply Cassius manipulated nearly everyone around him.
Even as the investigation moved forward, Peter’s continued appearances reminded Anna that recovering from everything she’d endured would be just as difficult as uncovering the truth.
Liesl Refused to Let Cassius Be Remembered as a Monster

No one fought harder for Cassius’ reputation than Liesl. Believing the WSB had deliberately turned her son into the villain of the story, she confronted everyone standing in her way. She pleaded with Anna to help clear his name, only to find Anna unwilling to revisit everything she’d endured.
Liesl then turned her attention to Josslyn, hoping she would reconsider the statement that helped shape the official narrative. Instead, Josslyn stood by every decision she’d made — until she was alone, then cried quietly and hoped Cassius would forgive her for her betrayal.
Liesl left devastated but no less determined, making it clear she intended to restore Cassius’ reputation with or without anyone else’s help. At the same time, James learned the heartbreaking truth that the man he believed was Nathan had actually been Cassius all along, forcing Liesl to comfort her grandson through yet another painful loss.
Portia’s Baby Brought Joy During a Difficult Week

While much of Port Charles dealt with lingering fallout from recent events, Portia’s unexpected labor delivered one of the week’s happiest moments. With Jordan by her side, Portia gave birth at home before they could reach the hospital.
Curtis later arrived to meet his newborn son, while Trina happily discovered she had a baby brother and immediately embraced her new role within the family. Isaiah was thrilled, but Curtis was less so about Isaiah, and Stella reminded everyone that the baby’s arrival should become an opportunity to repair fractured relationships before old resentments caused even more damage.
Britt Faced the Reality of Starting Over

After learning she wasn’t dying after all, a newly freed Britt found out that freedom wasn’t nearly as hard as she’d imagined. With no money, no phone, and nowhere to go, she quickly discovered how much of her old life had disappeared while she was gone — including her home.
Carly showed little sympathy and rented her room to Dr. Roberts. Anna questioned her role in Cassius’ plans, and even Lucas struggled to understand how Britt intended to move forward.
Josslyn’s Secret Is Finally Out

Josslyn finally admitted to Trina that she’s working as a WSB agent and revealed everything that led her there. The confession damaged their friendship, but Trina agreed to move forward on one condition: whenever Joss can’t tell her the truth because of classified information, she simply has to say one word—”Popcorn.”
Jack, Nina, Valentin and Carly Become an Even Bigger Mess

Drew’s condition continued to improve in secret. He progressed from barely moving to silently communicating with Wiley and Amelia, leaving Willow increasingly terrified that he would soon be able to expose everything she’s done to keep him quiet — and even considered killing Drew if Jack couldn’t find his black box for leverage against her husband.
Jack Brennan and Nina spent the week searching Wyndemere for the mysterious black box tied to the Cullum operation. Their partnership slowly turned personal, culminating in Jack finally kissing Nina after admitting he should have simply asked her out instead.
Meanwhile, Valentin secretly recovered the black box himself and plans to use it as leverage against the WSB without knowing exactly what’s inside. However, he thinks it belonged to Cullum.
Carly found herself caught between Sonny’s growing distrust of Valentin and her own developing relationship with him. Sonny called in Brick to get info on Valentin to turn Carly off of him. But after a frank talk about Anna, Valentin assured Carly she was the one he wanted, and she was all in.
Trina Finds Her Voice

After nearly backing out of her showcase, Trina overcame a panic attack with Gio’s help and impressed music producer Simon enough for both of them to be signed as a performing duo.
While Trina celebrated achieving a lifelong dream, Emma quietly questioned whether performing professionally was truly what Gio wanted as their relationship continued evolving in unexpected directions.
Scene Stealer of the Week

James learns the truth about Cassius.
Perhaps the week’s most heartbreaking story belonged to James — and Cody. After the Scorpios decided that James needed to know the truth, Cody was forced to tell him that Cassius was never really Nathan, shattering everything James believed about the man he thought had come back into his life.
Even Liesl couldn’t soften the blow, and James lashed out at Cody before running away devastated. Cody was crushed that James told him he wanted anything to do with him ever again.
