The 2025 Hollywood Christmas Parade

Stars from The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, The Bay, Beyond the Gates, and the CBS podcast, Soapy! participated in the 2025 Hollywood Christmas Parade two weeks ago in California. Now, the parade is being aired for everyone to enjoy on The CW on Friday, December 12th, 2025, from 8pm to 10pm ET/PT.

In its 93rd year, the parade boasts celebrities, marching bands, medical professionals, giant balloons and floats, members of the U.S. Marines, as well as many performers. Per the parade website, the “Hollywood Christmas Parade” [is] a cherished tradition that kicks off the holiday season with spectacular fanfare. Since its inception in 1928, the parade has been a cornerstone of the entertainment industry, drawing participation from legendary celebrities such as Gene Autry, Jimmy Stewart, and Mary Pickford.”

Greg Rikaart (Leo Stark, Days of our Lives; Kevin Fisher, The Young and the Restless; co-host of Soapy!)

Also appearing in the parade is multiple Emmy Award winner Gregori J. Martin, the creator, executive producer, director, and writer of The Bay, and a writer of Beyond the Gates.

The Hollywood Christmas Parade also carries a profound charitable mission featuring the U.S. Marines’ Toys For Tots as well as other important organizations and charities that help people during this important giving time of year. The parade rallies to collect toys and donations, ensuring that less fortunate children experience the joy of the holiday season.
