The Bold and the Beautiful: Is Donna Team Logan or Team Forrester?

There are three Logan sisters on The Bold and the Beautiful. While Katie and Brooke remain at odds, one sister has stayed in the middle — for now.

The Peacekeeper: Donna Logan Forrester

On The Bold and the Beautiful, to say that Katie and Brooke are not on the same page would be an understatement. 

Feeling undervalued, Katie left Forrester and launched her own fashion house, Logan. But that didn’t stop Brooke from continuing to want her sister to feel inadequate in the fashion world.

Brooke has questioned Katie’s qualifications, dismissed the business as something only made possible by Bill Spencer’s money, and objected to the name itself — arguing Katie had no right to use their shared surname, “Logan.”

Katie’s confidence took a hit, and when she confided in Eric Forrester, he understood. He, too, felt sidelined at Forrester, despite having built the company and shaped its legacy. 

As Eric tried to show Ridge and Brooke that he still had value as a designer, they forced him to retire from his own company. Still wanting to design — and very much wanting Katie to succeed — Eric offered to design Katie’s first line under contract, with the understanding she would continue on her own after her first fashion show.

Eric’s Involvement—and the Fallout

Eric got to work and was proud of the line he designed for Logan. But just before the launch, Brooke and Ridge learned Eric was designing for Katie.

Ridge did a reversal and pushed Eric to return to Forrester, and in the process, Katie was deserted. Eric didn’t correct the narrative that he’d been used or manipulated; instead, he expressed regret about helping her at all.

Donna saw all of it. She comforted her husband, Eric, when he was forced out of Forrester and told to step aside. She was there when Katie gave Eric purpose again. She also watched the pressure build — and his pivot back to Forrester.

So far, Donna’s stayed neutral. But that seems to be changing.

When Brooke claimed Katie had taken advantage of Eric and “stolen” the Logan name, Donna pushed back. She knows what actually happened, and she’s started saying it out loud.

How Far Will She Go?

Donna is both a Logan and a Forrester. She’s married to Eric, and she understands what’s at stake on both sides.

But there are limits. Would she accept being told she couldn’t use her own name? And if the story about Katie keeps getting rewritten, how vocal will she be in defending her sister?

But there could be a game-changer to her support: Hope. If Hope considers leaving Forrester to join Logan, the conflict deepens. Brooke is unlikely to take that well, and Donna may not support that move — even if she backs Katie on other issues.

Eric sits at the center of this conflict, and his version of events doesn’t match what Donna witnessed. If she continues correcting the record, it could create tension in her own marriage.

Donna can’t stay in the middle forever. The question isn’t if she’ll choose a side—it’s how far she’s willing to go when she does.
