Days of our Lives Recap June 30: Tate Solves Holly’s Mystery, Leo Collapses, and Brady Races to Smith Island
TL;DR: In today’s Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, Tate realizes Holly may have been poisoned by contaminated well water, Brady races to Smith Island for a water sample, Ari moves out of Gabi’s house, Leo collapses at the pub, and Sarah fights to stabilize Holly.
Days of our Lives June 30

Tate and Ari visited Holly at the hospital, then compared notes about what could have happened to her. They thought it could be food poisoning, but Tate said Holly didn’t eat anything; she’d only drunk water. Tate realized they didn’t bring any water; it was all local that she had.
Meanwhile, Brady and Sarah also compared notes. Sarah said the lab confirmed Holly’s antidepressants didn’t contain Coriseal. Sarah said she wanted to believe Holly, that she wasn’t taking anything else, but she did go through her purse to be sure.
Just then, Tate burst in and said he knew how Holly got sick. He told them that she’d drunk the well water and no one else did. Brady noted that since it wasn’t city water, it wouldn’t have been tested regularly. Brady offered to get up there and get a sample.
Sarah warned him that the last ferry was leaving soon, but Brady said to let him worry about that. Tate gave him Holly’s key to the cabin, and Brady raced off.
Ari Moves Out

When Ari got home, Gus was there. Ari told him that she loved how happy Javi was with him. Gus told her he was sad that she and Gabi weren’t getting along, and that she wouldn’t be living there anymore.
Later, Ari went to the pub and asked him for a room to rent. He gave her a key, and then she told him what Gabi did. She said she didn’t know if she could trust her mom again. “Believe me, I know the feeling,” Roman admitted.
Chad, Julie, and Leo Cross Paths at the Pub

Chad saw Julie at the bookstore and talked to her about the kids going to Jack and Jennifer’s for the summer, and how much he was going to miss them. Julie reminded him that it used to be that kids went away to summer camps and had no way to contact them. He had modern technology for video calls.
Chad perked up, and Julie recommended he plan fun things to do for himself. He asked if she had any books on Verde. When the kids ran up with books they’d picked out for their trip, Chad asked Julie to join them for milkshakes at the pub, but she had to visit Holly.
Javi and Leo ran into one another at the pub. After awkwardly ordering the same item, Leo bought Javi’s soup. While they were waiting, Javi told Leo that he and Gus were doing well.
After Javi left, Chad and the kids came in. Leo told Chad he’d have to catch up with him later because he wanted to bring the chicken soup to Chanel. Chad was distracted anyway because Thomas and Charlotte were running around and being chaotic.
As Leo started to leave, he suddenly called out, and the bag of chicken soup flew through the air. Leo had slipped on the kids’ slime, and the room was spinning, so Roman called 9-1-1. Gus and Leo were both disappointed when Gus was the EMT that arrived to help.
Holly Suffers Another Medical Crisis

At the hospital, Julie came to visit Holly. She admitted she wasn’t doing well and said no one knew what was wrong with her. Julie gave her love and encouragement and said that she had full faith that she would be just fine.
Julie gave Holly a book to read and said she would be there whenever she wanted to talk. Tate came in and said he didn’t want to get anyone’s hopes up, but he and Ari realized she was the only one who drank the tap water and it might be contaminated.
Julie said she had it tested every year, and it passed for summer consumption. Sarah came in and said they didn’t know anything yet, but Brady texted, and he’d made the last ferry.
After Julie left, Sarah went to tend to Leo, who’d been brought in. She was suddenly called away when Holly had an emergency in her room, telling Tate that Holly’s heart was racing.
Sarah checked her out and ordered some medication to help Holly. She asked her to get some rest, and Tate promised he’d see to it that she did. Once alone, Tate calmed Holly by telling her about all of the things they were going to do one day together when she felt better.
Brady Searches for Answers on Smith Island

On Smith Island, Brady went to the Horton cabin and got a water sample from the tap. Outside the kitchen window, someone was watching.
Brady got back to the hospital and gave Sarah the water to be tested. She said it could take three to five days in the lab and worried they might not have that kind of time if Holly wasn’t getting better.
