The Bold and the Beautiful Recap February 12: Carter & Daphne’s Surprise Wedding and Ivy is Confronted

TL;DR: In today’s Bold and the Beautiful recap, Carter and Daphne get married in a surprise Forrester Creations wedding, and the newly-minted Mrs. Walton shocks everyone with her new last name. Meanwhile, Will and Electra confront a guilty-looking Ivy about what she did to Dylan.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap

At Forrester Creations, Daphne was surprised when Brooke, Eric, Donna, Steffy, and Finn came into the showroom, ready for her wedding. Ridge said that Carter had preplanned the whole thing.

Daphne wondered how though, unless Carter was going to do double duty as officiant and a groom. Zende came in and said that he’d been ordained that morning for the event.

With everyone in place, the wedding began on the runway. Ridge interrupted to say that he wanted to make an observation, not an objection. 

Ridge made a speech about Carter’s ups and downs and that he was always missing something: that one true love. He said that he found it in Daphne. “And now that poor woman is going to be stuck with you for the rest of her life,” he quipped.

Zende performed the vows, and Carter and Daphne said their “I dos.” Carter told Daphne how much he loved her and how she transformed his life. 

Daphne reciprocated, speaking from the heart. When Zende announced they were officially married, Daphne corrected him when he said her name. Carter was happily surprised when she said she was now Daphne Walton.

Ivy’s Advice for Electra

In the design room, Electra couldn’t understand why Dylan would just ignore her and said she’d never turn her back on a friend. Ivy told her that Dylan wasn’t that great of a friend.

Ivy kept dismissing Electra’s words until she got a text from Will and wanted to leave early as he asked her to come to his place as soon as she could. 

Ivy told Electra to go to him as he probably had something romantic planned and she could tell her all about it in the morning.

Will Keeps Dylan Safe

Will brought Dylan home so they could talk privately. He got her some food and said she looked exhausted but promised her she was safe there, noting it was his home, not Ivy’s.

Will asked Dylan to tell him what happened but she was still scared to talk. Electra came in and was surprised to see her there.

Electra had a ton of questions and wanted to know what was going on. “I don’t now what’s going on either, but whatever it is, it has to do with your aunt, Ivy,” Will said.

At Forrester, Ivy recalled in a flashback seeing Dylan fall into Will’s lap. “It’s not proper,” she grimaced. Ivy got a text and got up and left.

Ivy In The Hot Seat

Dylan explained to Will and Electra what happened the night when Electra was away. Just then, Ivy walked in and asked why Will asked her to come over.

When she saw Dylan, Ivy knew what was going on. Electra asked her aunt why she did what she did.
