The Week That Was

Hope Chose Logan Over Forrester

Hope stunned everyone by stepping onto the runway as the face of Logan’s surprise fashion launch, revealing that she had quietly left Forrester Creations and become the centerpiece of Katie’s new company.

The reveal sent shockwaves through both families. Eric, Ridge and Steffy immediately realized Logan’s successful launch would overshadow their own upcoming couture collection, forcing them into damage control. While Hope celebrated alongside Liam, Bill, Katie, Wyatt, Shauna, Deke, and Will, and the rest of the Logan team, she couldn’t ignore one looming problem: Brooke had just learned the truth.

Brooke Declared War on Katie and Hope

Brooke took the news pretty hard. Convinced Katie had manipulated Hope into leaving Forrester, Brooke blamed her sister for stealing her daughter, just as she believed Katie had stolen so many other parts of her life recently. 

Brooke accused Katie of building Logan solely to hurt her, smashed a television with a remote control during one explosive argument, and repeatedly insisted that Hope had been “taken” from her family. Katie continued defending Hope’s right to choose her own future, but Brooke refused to hear it.

When Hope finally faced her mother herself, she apologized for keeping the secret but stood firm in her decision. Brooke wasn’t interested in compromise. Instead, she demanded Hope abandon Logan immediately and return home to Forrester. Hope insisted she hadn’t made the decision lightly. After years of feeling overlooked, shelved, and undervalued at Forrester, she finally chose a place where what she wanted professionally came first.

Hope’s New Beginning Came at a Cost

Liam remained Hope’s biggest supporter throughout the week, repeatedly reminding her that she had earned her success and encouraging her not to let guilt overshadow what she had accomplished. Bill and Katie also opened their home to Hope, Liam, and Beth while emotions settled down.

That decision only deepened Brooke’s sense of betrayal. When Hope revealed they planned to move into Bill’s house, Brooke completely unraveled. Unable to convince her daughter to leave Logan behind, she walked away in tears.

Moments later, overwhelmed by everything that had happened, Hope wandered back onto the runway where her new career had begun — then collapsed, unconscious, to the floor.

Electra’s Relationship with Will Began to Crumble

Electra learned that Will had kept Logan’s launch, Shauna’s jewelry line, and the Hope for the Future Diamond secret from her. Worse yet, Logan’s success forced Forrester to postpone both Eric’s couture collection and Electra’s own jewelry launch indefinitely.

Although Will insisted he had simply protected confidential business information, Electra viewed it as another broken promise after he’d assured her there would be no more secrets between them.

By week’s end, she packed her belongings and prepared to move out, believing Will had chosen Spencer business interests over their relationship. Although he stopped her with one last plea, the future of their romance suddenly looked uncertain.

Monday, June 29

Hope shocked Forrester Creations by unveiling herself as Logan’s newest designer during the company’s surprise fashion launch. Brooke blamed Katie for stealing Hope away, Donna’s secret was exposed, and Logan celebrated a hugely successful debut while Hope worried about facing her mother.

Tuesday, June 30

Brooke’s confrontation with Katie escalated dramatically as years of resentment surfaced, culminating in Brooke smashing a television during the argument. Meanwhile, Eric blamed Donna for hiding Hope’s plans and questioned whether she had chosen her family over him.

Wednesday, July 1

Hope prepared to face Brooke while Forrester scrambled to respond to Logan’s success. Electra learned Will had kept Logan’s launch secret from her, Brooke refused Katie’s attempts to make peace, and Hope walked in just as Brooke’s confrontation with Katie turned physical.

Thursday, July 2

Hope tried explaining why she left Forrester, but Brooke refused to accept her decision. Ridge postponed Electra’s jewelry launch, Will struggled to justify keeping company secrets, and Electra questioned whether she could trust him anymore.

Friday, July 3

Brooke demanded Hope abandon Logan and return home, but Hope stood by her decision and revealed she was moving in with Bill. Remy unexpectedly returned disguised as a flower delivery man to congratulate Deke, Electra prepared to leave Will, and Hope collapsed backstage after her emotional confrontation with Brooke.

Brooke Completely Loses Control

Nobody owned the week quite like Brooke Logan. What began as heartbreak quickly spiraled into obsession as Brooke blamed nearly everyone around her for Hope’s decision. She accused Katie of stealing her daughter, revisited decades-old family resentments, smashed a television during one confrontation, tried to physically drag Hope away from Logan, and ultimately watched helplessly as Hope chose her own future instead.

Whether viewers agreed with Brooke or not, Katherine Kelly Lang delivered one emotional performance after another, making Brooke’s unraveling impossible to look away from.

Next Week’s Cheat Sheet

The fallout from Logan’s launch continues as Electra faces a heartbreaking decision about her future with Will. Ridge refuses to give up on saving both his company and Will’s relationship, while Finn finds himself caught in the middle as tensions continue to rise.

Elsewhere, Sheila’s true intentions become impossible to ignore, leading to the end of her marriage to Deacon. Ridge takes matters into his own hands when it comes to Bill, and Taylor begins to question whether Sheila has truly changed — or whether everyone is about to make the same mistake twice.
