The Bold and the Beautiful Recap May 21: Dylan Tells Electra About Remy, Hope Demands Answers from Steffy

TL;DR: In today’s Bold and the Beautiful recap, Hope tracks down Steffy to demand a firm date for the reinstatement of her line while considering a move to Logan. Dylan comes clean to Electra about Remy being her cousin.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap May 21

Steffy came into the CEO’s office and found Ridge telling Brooke not to worry about Hope. Steffy thanked Brooke for her support, and the three had a little love fest.

Hope Considers Her Future

Over at Spencer, Hope told Liam how her mom betrayed her and chose Ridge over her. Bill and Katie joined the conversation, and Bill told Hope that she didn’t need to put up with the disrespect at Forrester.

Katie agreed that Hope could get away from Steffy’s arrogance, and noted that she was thriving since leaving Forrester Creations. She wanted that for Hope as well and let her know the opportunity was available.

Hope said she needed to go to Forrester and confirm her status there, but promised to give them an answer soon. When she left, Liam reiterated that what happened when Hope went to Forrester could determine whether she would come to Logan.

Hope tracked down Steffy at Forrester and confronted her about being sidelined. Steffy insisted that she wasn’t in her bad books, and that it was a business decision.

Steffy reminded Hope that her aunt damaged the company by using her grandfather, and she was in damage-control mode. Although Steffy wanted to leave things hanging, Hope asked her again about the future of her line and wanted a date for its reinstatement.

Dylan Comes Clean

In the design office, Dylan told Electra that she needed to tell her something. She reminded Electra that she didn’t know what happened with Remy until the other day, when she told her the story for the first time.

Dylan admitted that Remy was her cousin. At first, Electra was suspicious of the coincidence, but then decided it wasn’t Dylan’s fault who she was related to. She told her that she did the right thing by telling her the truth and gave her a hug.
