The Bold and the Beautiful Recap June 30

At Spencer, Hope worried about the fallout, and Liam championed her success. He told her how proud he was of her and wanted her to feel the same way about herself.

Brooke Loses Control

In the showroom, Brooke was seething mad and very hurt, accusing Katie of stealing her daughter from her and swearing she wouldn’t let it happen. Katie told her that it already did – she’d given Hope what she’d wanted for a long time: the freedom to launch a line that represented who she was. “You make me sick!” Brooke hurled.

Brooke described Katie as her little sister who hid in her room, looking out her window at the world while Brooke worked hard to keep their family together. She couldn’t believe her payback for that was to have Katie launch Logan.

Brooke repeated her list of accusations about things Katie stole, like Brooke’s name and Eric’s designs, and added Hope to the list. She said this was Katie hating her and taking revenge for something. Brooke even accused Katie of looking at her the way Stephanie used to when she’d call her the “slut from the valley.” “I love you,” Brooke threw in out of nowhere.

Katie repeated herself, and so did Brooke, but then she flew into a rage that Katie stole her daughter. She threw a remote at the TV next to Katie’s face and smashed it. Then Brooke charged up to her sister and said she would rescue Hope from that place as if she’d been kidnapped. “You can’t stop me!” Brooke added.

Eric Blames Donna

At the Forrester mansion, Eric was furious with Donna for not telling him about Hope not returning to Forrester Creations but she swore she didn’t know the details of things and never thought any of it would affect Forrester. Eric told her that she should have chosen him over her sister.

Donna tried to explain reasonably that she thought she was doing the right thing, but she could understand why he was upset. She apologized and said she messed up. Donna pleaded with Eric to make things right with her and not let his business come between their love, but Eric just walked away after glaring at her and went upstairs.
