The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 29: Dylan Shocks Electra as Sheila Begs Steffy for Another Chance

TL;DR: In today’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, Electra learns Dylan wants to pursue Will, Katie encourages her son not to lose hope, and Sheila begs Steffy to give her another chance.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 29

At Forrester, Dylan told Jessica how she loved Will and was hopeful that she’d have a chance with him as Electra came in. Jessica needed to get back to work and left. Electra told Dylan how much she missed Will but that she wasn’t allowed to be with him because Eric and Ridge said so.

Dylan encouraged her to be with RJ, noting they were a better fit. Electra caught on that Dylan was interested in Will and asked her not to be. She said that he was feeling vulnerable, like she was, and needed some time to himself before moving on. Dylan pointed out that tons of girls would be after him, so why couldn’t she be a contender?

Electra was upset and said that as her best friend, she shouldn’t be considering it. “It wouldn’t be prop-ah?” Dylan quipped. She told Electra she wasn’t going to lie to her: she had real feelings for Will and wanted to pursue their connection. Electra realized that Dylan was suggesting she might love Will and called her a bitch.

Katie Reassures Will

At Spencer, Will and Katie talked about Electra, the Logan sisters, and the mess he called life. Katie didn’t think her relationship with Brooke and Donna would ever be the same but told Will not to blame himself for it. She wished she could fix things for him with Electra, and so did he.

Will told Katie that Electra said they were over forever, and this time, he really thought she meant it. She held out hope for him, but Will said he felt like he was just fooling himself that they’d ever work things out.

Sheila Pleads With Steffy

In Finn’s office, Steffy reiterated her feelings for Sheila, but Sheila wanted to tell her all the reasons she had changed, what she’d sacrificed, and how she needed her family. Sheila lamented all the time she’d lost with Finn and Ace, the birthdays, the celebrations, and she wanted to have those.

Sheila noted that she’d handed her husband over to Taylor and didn’t react the way anyone thought she would. Steffy countered that she’d dress up as a nurse and threatened her with a pizza cutter. Sheila pointed out she took it out on a pizza, not Taylor.

Sheila got down on her knees and begged Steffy to please give her another chance. She told her again that she had given up everything and needed support now more than ever.
