The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 27

Steffy barged into Forrester and demanded that Hope admit everything she was doing was wrong. She said that Hope pulled the grenade pin and started the war.

Steffy told Hope that she wished she’d come to them and given them a heads-up that she had another offer. “You deceived all of us, Hope,” Steffy said.

Hope reminded Steffy that she didn’t answer to her anymore. Steffy told her that she abandoned her whole team and cared more about her own ego than their livelihoods. Hope told Steffy to come back when she could have a productive conversation. Steffy refused.

“Was it really such torture working at Forrester?” Steffy wondered. She noted how she had an unlimited budget to do whatever she wanted. “It was so bad that you had to come be with the enemy, working at Logan,” Steffy said.

Steffy Warns Hope

Steffy reminded Hope that she’d given her word that her line would go back into production after couture dropped. “And your word means nothing,” Hope retorted. She said that Steffy was never on her side, and told Steffy to get real.

“If it were up to you, my line would never see the light of day again, so please do not come here to guilt trip me for choosing my own dignity over you,” Hope said. Steffy scoffed that Hope could be proud of herself. “Forrester is now reeling from your audacious showing,” Steffy countered.

“Call me whatever you want. Traitor, backstabber… but I am here now with my family, where I am actually wanted — away from your control,” Hope told Steffy.

Hope congratulated Steffy on the couture line, noting she’d watched the launch. Steffy fumed that Forrester was now scrambling and left wondering whether they needed to pivot and work on a new line. Steffy tried bringing up Brooke, but Hope dismissed her.

Before leaving, Steffy warned Hope that defecting to the enemy was a disastrous mistake that would affect her career for years to come. “Well, thank you for the vote of confidence and reminding me that joining Logan was the right decision,” Hope clapped back.

Electra Reflects on Will

At Forrester, RJ came to see Electra in the design room. She said she was already working on the next line but felt a lot of pressure. Electra asked if RJ had seen Dylan yet, but he didn’t see her car outside.

Electra was nervous about designing another line on her own but wanted the challenge. RJ wanted to talk about Will and their break-up. She said she didn’t want to think about it right now, and wanted to concentrate on work. RJ took her hands into his and said that he just wanted her to know that every success she had, she deserved, and he truly meant it.

Once alone, Electra looked through some of her designs and found the sketches for the WE necklace she made for Will. She had a flashback to the moment they met and when she gave him the necklace.

Dylan and Will Wake Up Together

At the beach house, Dylan and Will woke up on the couch together. He was trying to get his head sorted as they got up, but Dylan understood. She told him that she wanted to make him smile. She asked him not to tell anyone she spent the night as she didn’t want to lose her job at Forrester.

Will told Dylan she was a good friend, but Dylan said she wanted to be more. They heard Wyatt on the phone outside, so Dylan grabbed her clothes and bolted to the other room.

Wyatt came in to check on Will; he was worried about him after the Bikini Bar stuff. He wanted to offer him some brotherly advice about Electra: get over it. “I know that you think you love Electra, but you can’t just wait around for her to figure out what she wants,” Wyatt said.

Wyatt Meets “Nancy”

As Wyatt was suggesting that Will find someone else, noting he was in L.A. surrounded by beautiful women, Dylan walked into the room. Wyatt was taken aback but happily surprised.

Dylan introduced herself as Nancy, and Wyatt made a quick exit. He told Will they’d catch up at work instead. Once alone, Dylan agreed with what she’d overheard and told Will that Wyatt was right — he had to move on.

Will appreciated Dylan being there for him. Dylan said she didn’t care that he was a Spencer, and he didn’t have to be perfect for her, she loved him exactly the way he was.

Although she wished more would have happened, Dylan told Will she enjoyed staying up talking most of the night. He asked if she was coming back later but she said no. “I’m bartending at Bikini, so you know where to find me,” she said with a smile.
