The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 15: Daphne Receives Devastating News, Will Pleads With Electra

The Bold and the Beautiful July 15

At the hospital, Daphne sobbed that there must be a mistake, but Li insisted the diagnosis was correct, and she and Carter couldn’t have kids. Steffy hugged Daphne as she tried to process what she was being told.

After Li left, Daphne told Steffy that she couldn’t bear to see the disappointment on Carter’s face. She knew he was the one for her when he shared the same dream of having a family.

Steffy told Daphne to have faith and reminded her there were options like in vitro or adoption, but Daphne felt like a failure. “There’s nothing Carter wants more than a family — a family I can’t give him,” she cried.

Electra Struggles to Let Will Go

At Forrester, RJ told Electra she did the right thing by moving out of the beach house. “Did I?” she wondered. RJ told her that a Spencer and a Forrester just didn’t mix.

Electra didn’t know how she could stay away from Will when she loved him so much. She said RJ and Ridge made Spencers and Forresters a sort of Shakespearean tragedy. “But it is. We create beauty, they create chaos,” RJ said.

Electra insisted that Will wasn’t the Spencer that RJ was telling her that he was. She went home to reflect and cry.

Carter Faces Challenges at Forrester

Across the hall, Ridge, Eric, Zende, and Carter had a strategy meeting. Carter said he was having an issue with buyers who were wondering what the culture was at Forrester with so many key people leaving for Logan.

Eric was hopeful that his line would right the ship in public perception. Zende wondered whether HFTF would be reinstated, but Ridge told him it would be kept on hold.

After the meeting, Zende and Carter went across the hall to the design room. Carter was preoccupied with his phone, waiting to hear from Daphne, while Zende was lamenting that his designs had all been a waste.

Eric and Ridge also spoke privately later, and Eric said he was glad that Electra’s jewelry line had been reinstated. Ridge told him how he insisted she stay away from Will; Eric agreed it was the best thing for Electra.

Dylan Makes Her Move

At the beach house, Will told Dylan that he was glad she came over, but he missed Electra so much. He regretted not telling Electra about Spencer’s jewelry line and said he never should have gotten so physical with RJ.

Dylan said not to beat himself up over it, and that sometimes it just doesn’t work between two people. “A Spencer and a Forrester,” Will noted.

Dylan said she cared about Will, but not the version who was just trying to please everyone else. She said it was a beautiful day and he should be catching the waves and enjoying it. While telling Will how great he was, she reminded him how he saved her.

“I loved living above your garage,” Dylan said. She told him she wasn’t trying to move back in; she had her own place. “But if I ever did, I wouldn’t be living above the garage,” she flirted. Will smiled. Dylan told Will he just seemed to lose himself a little when he was around Electra.

Dylan had to get back to work but asked Will not to tell Electra she’d been there so she didn’t take it the wrong way. Will agreed there was a chemistry between him and Dylan and would love to explore it, but he still loved Electra and couldn’t give up on her.

Will Pleads for Another Chance

Will went to the Forrester mansion to see Electra. He came in and told her he knew he didn’t belong there, being a “dirty Spencer,” but had to see her.

“I’m sorry. I should have told you about the diamond, the jewelry line, Hope, all of it. I let my dad get in my head,” he explained. He said he shouldn’t have gone after RJ and wasn’t the violent type, but he came into his home.

Will pleaded that he loved Electra and couldn’t bear to even be in the cold, empty house without her. “I need you to say you miss me too. Come home to me,” he cried.
