The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 13

At the hospital, Sheila thanked Finn for giving her hope after the painful end of her marriage to Deacon. She insisted that giving up the man she loved proved she had changed and deserved another chance with her son and grandson. She begged Finn to help convince Steffy to allow her into their lives.
Finn admitted he believed Sheila wanted a relationship with him, but he couldn’t risk destroying his marriage. He reminded her that Steffy had every reason to fear her because of everything she’d done over the years. Although he praised Sheila for signing the divorce papers and walking away from Deacon, he refused to promise the relationship she wanted.
Sheila refused to back down, arguing that Steffy didn’t have to participate if Finn wanted to spend time with her or Hayes. Eventually, after repeated pleas, Finn reluctantly agreed to speak with Steffy about the possibility. Then, in a moment that could have enormous consequences, Finn looked at Sheila and told her he loved her before embracing her.
Steffy Confides Her Fears to Ridge

At Forrester Creations, Steffy declined an interview with Eye on Fashion because the publication belonged to Bill Spencer. Ridge arrived after confronting Bill and admitted punching him, acknowledging the irony since he’d previously fired Will for attacking RJ. Steffy wasn’t troubled by Ridge’s actions and felt Bill had deserved it, and RJ didn’t.
The conversation quickly shifted to Sheila. Steffy explained that Sheila had signed the divorce papers in hopes of earning a place in Finn’s life and feared she would continue manipulating him until she got what she wanted. Ridge remained confident that Finn would never ignore Steffy’s wishes, but Steffy wasn’t nearly as certain.
Bill Tells Will It’s Time to Move On

At Logan Publications, Bill assured Will he had no regrets about provoking Ridge and insisted his son shouldn’t feel guilty about what had happened with Electra.
Will admitted he couldn’t stop thinking about Electra and blamed himself for everything she’d lost because of the feud between the Spencers and Forresters. Bill sympathized but insisted that Electra needed to accept the situation instead of blaming Will. He reminded his son that he hadn’t lied to her and encouraged him to stop dwelling on what couldn’t be changed.
When Will pointed out that Bill had never stopped fighting for Katie, Bill argued that every relationship was different. As far as he was concerned, Spencers and Forresters simply weren’t meant to be together, and Will needed to clear his head and move forward with his life.
Electra Believes Her Romance Is Over

At Bikini Bar, Electra asked Dylan for a break so they could talk privately. She revealed that she’d moved out of Will’s place and recounted everything that had happened after Will attacked RJ.
Electra explained that Ridge forced her to choose between her relationship with Will and her future at Forrester Creations. Despite still loving Will, she believed there was no longer any path forward for them because of the ongoing conflict between their families.
Dylan comforted her with a hug and encouraged her through the heartbreak. While she supported Electra’s decision, it was clear she also recognized that Will might now be available again.
