TL;DR: In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, Hope prepares to face Brooke, Forrester deals with the fallout from Logan’s launch, Electra questions Will’s loyalty, and Brooke’s confrontation with Katie escalates until Hope walks in.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap July 1

At Spencer, Hope read online reviews, but she couldn’t help thinking about her mom’s reaction. Bill, Will, Wyatt, and Shauna burst into the office on cloud nine about their success. Hope smiled and lit up a little when Bill raved about how proud she should be of herself.

Hope credited Deke, and Bill acknowledged Shauna’s jewelry line as well. Then he credited Wyatt for getting the diamond. While they all marveled at the success of it all, Will was still worried about Electra’s reaction.

Hope thanked everyone for all of their support and wished she’d had it from people at Forrester. Will could relate and worried again about Electra. Bill told him it was business, and Will agreed, but knew Electra wouldn’t see it that way.

Will assured everyone the family company was his priority, but he did need to do some damage control. “Nothing I can’t handle,” he added. Hope said she, too, had damage control to do. Bill reluctantly shared that Brooke was in the building.

Later, alone with Liam, Hope thought about talking to her mom and getting it over with. Liam revealed that he already talked to Bill, and he and Katie offered for them to move in until the shock wore off. Hope agreed it was a good idea.

Forrester Goes Into Damage Control

At Forrester, Steffy and Ridge fielded calls from reporters while Zende and Carter deemed it a PR disaster. Ridge said they’d have to postpone the couture fashion show because of Logan’s, since reporters would only care about the scandal rather than their designs.

Carter ordered a statement to give to the press, and they all agreed that Brooke would need to okay it. Zende was overall impressed with Hope’s line, and Carter defended that Deke was a talented designer. Ridge swiped that Logan fashion lacked quality construction, and Steffy said the Spencers didn’t care about fashion; they just wanted drama.

Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend

RJ found Electra reading the articles online about the Logan fashion show and Hope wearing the Hope for the Future Diamond. She was very upset and told RJ she couldn’t believe Will had hidden it from her. She thought he was just hiding the designer, but it turned out there was a jewelry line and the diamond as well. “How could he do this to me?” she cried.

Electra said whoever had that diamond was destined for greatness. RJ told her that her line might be overshadowed a bit but believed in her talent. He blamed it all on Will, saying he was a Spencer and would never change.

Brooke Doesn’t Want Peace

In the Logan showroom, Brooke continued her tirade, insisting that Katie should be ashamed and that she was there to take her daughter home to Forrester, “where she belongs.” Brooke wondered if Katie even considered the ramifications of her actions.

Brooke complained that Katie ruined Ridge and Eric’s line and they’d have to cancel their show now. Katie thought that was ridiculous. Brooke told Katie that she knew what she was doing, just as she did when she lured Hope away.

“My own flesh and blood. I’m not going to let Hope make the same mistake Eric did!” Brooke fumed. Katie took a step back and said she anticipated her reaction and had time to think about how she would respond. “Hope is a part of Logan now; she is a part of Spencer,” Katie told her. She advised Brooke to try to find a little happiness for her and her daughter.

Brooke wasn’t on board with that plan and ripped into Katie some more, telling her that her daughter had been led astray. “Led astray? She’s a grown woman!” Katie said. Brooke then wondered how Katie managed to do it. Katie said that just like Eric, she offered an opportunity they weren’t getting at Forrester.

Katie told Brooke she didn’t see what was in front of her: her despondent daughter being devalued. Brooke said that Katie saw it, though, and used it to prey on her daughter.

It went in circles until Katie said to stop, agree to disagree, and move on as sisters. She said she wanted her sister back and the hurtful words to stop. Katie extended her hand and asked Brooke to take it, but she said no. “I don’t think I can ever forgive you,” Brooke admitted.

Katie Pushes Back

Katie saw red. She asked about the things that she’d forgiven Brooke for, like taking her husband twice, and said she forgave because she couldn’t imagine her life without her sister in it. Brooke was fine with that choice, though, and accused Katie of making the company as revenge. Katie denied that and said she just wanted to build something for herself, by herself. “What did you create? NOTHING! Nothing but lies!” Brooke yelled.

Katie gave up and told Brooke that she kept coming there and painting a horrible picture of her but she wasn’t taking it anymore. She was proud of what she’d done for her and for her family, and with her family. Brooke sneered at her being a Spencer and said she wouldn’t let her daughter stay in that morally bankrupt company.

Brooke said that all Katie cared about was money, and that the Spencers had jets and planes and yachts and that’s all Katie was about, too. “I am not going to let my daughter become a Spencer,” Brooke threatened, then turned to walk out.

Katie grabbed her arm, begging her to stay and talk, but Brooke turned around and shoved her, then came at her with her hands. As Katie pleaded and Brooke pushed her back, Hope walked in and told them to stop.

Brooke immediately dropped her tone to quiet and calm and told Hope that she saw her on the runway earlier, working for Logan. “It’s not going to happen. I’m here to take you home, back where you belong. Back to your real family,” Brooke implored.
