The Bold and the Beautiful Recap August 13: Steffy Ends Her Marriage to Finn in Monaco, Daphne Leaves Carter

TL;DR: In today’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, August 13th, 2026, while Brooke and Ridge had high hopes for Steffy and Finn’s magical Monaco holiday, Steffy was so enraged that Sheila was there that she took off her wedding rings and ended her marriage. Meanwhile in L.A., Daphne broke Carter’s heart when she said she was going back to Paris.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap August 13

In their hotel room, Brooke and Ridge talked about Katie, Hope, and Logan. Brooke said everyone wanted to know what they were doing with the youth line. Ridge wanted to put it aside and be romantic. Brooke talked about how Finn was the perfect son-in-law. They hoped that he and Steffy were having a magical time together with plenty of surprises.

Steffy Leaves Finn

Steffy told Sheila that she and her eight toes had a lot of nerve stalking them, but Finn stepped in and said that she wasn’t. They explained that they’d flown on the same flight, but he’d booked her a return flight. Sheila explained that her flight was delayed and that she just wanted to grab something to eat and dip her toes in the water.

Steffy went off on Finn for spending the whole flight with Sheila and never telling her. Finn apologized, but Steffy was extremely upset. She couldn’t believe that she was dealing with Sheila in their sacred place. 

Steffy went off on Sheila, but Finn said she wasn’t stalking them and that he could understand her wanting her family. He reminded Steffy that Sheila had lost her marriage and that her husband was now with Steffy’s mother. Finn scrambled to tell Steffy that he understood what she felt and why, but that he also believed Sheila had changed.

Steffy couldn’t believe that he was defending Sheila. She said the woman shot her, and when she was around her, she was in survival mode. She didn’t want to live like that, and couldn’t take it anymore. Steffy yelled that she felt like she was married to his birth mother, and she was done. She took off her wedding ring and shoved it into Finn’s chest before running away. 

Finn Pushes Away Sheila

Finn blasted Sheila, but she told him that she didn’t want them to see her; she was just doing her own thing. Finn was furious anyway and said to stay out of their lives. “I can’t lose my wife!” he fumed as he left.

Finn went back to the church, hoping to find Steffy, but when the chapel bells rang, she was nowhere to be found. This time, it was Finn outside, crying for the spouse he’d lost. Meanwhile, Steffy was on a plane. The attendant asked if she would like a glass of champagne, and she took two.

Daphne Say Au Revoir to Carter

At Forrester, Carter found Daphne, wanting to talk about their family, but she was on another page. He kept telling her that her diagnosis didn’t change anything. He loved her, and there were other alternatives.

Daphne told Carter it would never happen. If he stayed with her, then he would never have children. Carter wanted them, their marriage, and their love. He was okay with anything they decided to do moving forward.

Daphne didn’t want that. She said she couldn’t breathe and needed time to think. Daphne told Carter she was going back to Paris. “I’m leaving,” she said.
