The Bold and the Beautiful Recap April 24: Katie and Brooke Clash, Ivy Blames Daphne, RJ and Electra Kiss

TL;DR: In today’s Bold and the Beautiful recap, Ivy confirms she is taking a leave of absence and blames Daphne for it. RJ successfully pours his heart out to Electra, convincing her that he is a better choice than Will, which leads to a kiss. Meanwhile, Katie’s Logan fashion show is a huge success, but Eric, Brooke, and Ridge watch on with fury as Eric’s designs are used. Brooke confronts Katie, offering more accusations and no congratulations.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap April 24

Daphne saw Ivy walking by with a box of her stuff and asked if she was leaving. Ivy confirmed she was taking a leave of absence and blamed it all on Daphne.

Daphne’s only regret was not telling Electra sooner. Ivy warned Daphne that she didn’t know how long she’d be gone, but she was coming back, and implied she’d be holding a grudge.

RJ Pursues Electra

In the design room, RJ told Electra that he didn’t want her to go back to Will. He reiterated how bad Will was for her and how much he’d hurt her.

RJ relied heavily on how Will let Dylan stay after she told him not to, and implied that all the nights they’d been at the beach house were more than they were saying.

RJ reminded Electra several times that she was hurt and betrayed by Will and Dylan and that he would never treat her like that. 

Electra listened as he told her that all the moments they shared that night at dinner at his grandfather’s place meant something. He showered her with compliments and poured his heart out, and eventually, they were kissing.

The Logan Fashion Show Goes Live

At Spencer, Katie did her first Logan fashion show via livestream. Katie was pleased, and the website went nuclear. When it was over, Liam congratulated Katie before going to fulfill all the orders that flooded in.

Bill told Katie how much he believed in her and how happy he was for her success. She said she’d meet him upstairs in the office after she took a moment to take it all in.

Meanwhile, in the Forrester Creations’ CEO’s office, Eric, Brooke, and Ridge watched the Logan fashion show. Eric fretted as he watched his designs on the Logan runway.

Eric told them that his designs should never have been Spencer’s. Brooke said she’d heard enough and was going over there.

When Brooke arrived, the show was over, and Katie was standing on the runway feeling great. Brooke told her that it was the last time Eric’s designs would be on her runway.

Katie agreed, noting that it was a great collaboration while it lasted. “Collaboration? Is that what you’re calling it now?” Brooke swiped. Katie asked if she was there to congratulate her or humiliate her.

Brooke told Katie that she took her name and stole Eric’s designs, and Katie blew up at her need for repetition. She asked her sister why she couldn’t just say “Congratulations, Katie” just one time.
