The Bold and the Beautiful Recap April 20

Daphne went to Carter and told him she’d done something that he wouldn’t approve of. She said she should have told Electra a long time ago to talk to Ivy.
Ivy Confesses

Electra demanded an explanation from Ivy, but she said she had no regrets. Ivy told Electra she knew they were about to work things out, so she had to put a stop to it.
“It’s not proper! Not proper at all!” Ivy told Electra, adding that Will has done such tasteless things and she deserved someone better, someone like RJ.
Electra told her to stop, saying that she had no right to interfere in her life like that. “I thought you loved me!” Electra cried. Ivy insisted that she did — and said it was the driving force behind it all. Electra told her that if Will had read her letter, he would have come running to her.
“You can’t actually believe that, Electra, after all the tasteless things he’s done,” Ivy sighed. Electra covered her ears and yelled that she didn’t want to hear any of it. Ivy continued to remind her about the time that Will spent with Dylan, and Electra spent with RJ.
Ivy ranted about how Will and Dylan had been ‘shacking up’ and implied they’d been sleeping together. “It’s none of your business!” Electra insisted. She told Ivy she wanted to know exactly how she’d manipulated her life with Will.
Ivy admitted she’d told her about the letter, so she took it and made it appear like Will left his necklace after reading her letter. Fuming, Electra said she was going to go tell Will the truth and get back together with him.
Ivy begged her not to, claiming she would ruin her life with Will. “Why do you hate him so much?” Electra asked. She told her that Will wasn’t evil, and she wouldn’t be with him if he was.
Ivy told Electra that she knew what it was like to be in her position and insisted she was trying to protect her. Electra said that Will treated her well, and Ivy was the bad guy. “And there’s no excuse for what you’ve done. I am going to tell Will the truth,” she seethed.
RJ Banishes Will From Electra and Forrester

In the showroom, RJ continued telling Will that he had to go out of Forrester and out of Electra’s life. He told him that he was toxic, and he was treating the office like he was at a bar picking up girls.
Will said RJ was mistaking him for himself. RJ said to show some decency and integrity and get out of there, but Will told RJ to butt out of his relationship.
RJ needled Will, telling him to go back to his taudy high-rise where his family name was plastered on the side, with his parents who stole his grandparents’ designs. He said he grew up there, and it was more than a fashion house.
As RJ sneered at Will, claiming he knew all the things Electra needed and wanted, Will scoffed that he barely knew her and was obsessed. He said that as far as his shots about Eric and his family, RJ wasn’t even a Forrester, and that everyone knew Ridge’s real dad was Massimo Marone.
RJ told him that Eric may not be blood, but was his grandfather in every way that mattered. He confidently told Will that he was going to be out of Electra’s life and a job.
RJ offered to call Charlie to help Will pack his bags, and told him he was out of there. He said he wasn’t going to let Will disrespect Electra anymore and stomped off.
Electra Shows Will The Letter

Alone, Will whacked some jewelry boxes off the table in frustration. He sat on the runway and started to cry as Electra came in.
Will cried to Electra that he was just trying to be a hero, and he should’ve just been hers. He said he didn’t understand how she thought he’d blown her off because he never would have done. That.
“I know,” Electra cried. She told him she’d written him a letter and he never got it but if he had, maybe things would be different. “Maybe we still have our chance, Will. Maybe it’s not too late,” she cried as she held out the letter to him.
