Beyond the Gates Recap July 30: Kat, Chelsea, Naomi, and Dani Discover Hayley’s Lies

TL;DR: In today’s Beyond the Gates recap for Thursday, July 30th, 2026, Ted plans a romantic getaway for Shanice, Bill’s daughters become more suspicious of Hayley, Dani confronts Nicole, and Ted overhears an awkward conversation about Nicole and Kial.

Beyond the Gates Recap July 30

At the hospital, Ashley and Shanice gushed about their love lives at the nurses’ station as Andre visited Ted. He asked Andre to review the itinerary he had planned for their trip, but when Andre looked at it, Andre said they’d never see it all in the time they had.

Ted revealed that he’d set up a private dinner in an art gallery. He said he wanted to spoil Shanice and asked him to look at a list of champagnes as well. Andre’s mind wandered to the bottle that had been delivered to the house.

Naomi and Chelsea Challenge Bill

At the Atrium, Chelsea and Naomi decided they really wanted Madison to check him out again, and thought they’d tag-team him about it, with Naomi using logic and Chelsea going for the heart.

When Naomi and Chelsea showed up, they presented their case about Bill getting more tests, although he and Hayley shot down the idea. Naomi reminded her dad about a case they had when he told her to keep looking at the evidence, and finally she saw the missing bit of information she needed. She compared it to his situation with his tests.

When Bill started to sound like he was being convinced, Hayley interrupted and changed the topic back to them just barging in. Chelsea and Naomi countered about their concerns for Bill vs Hayley getting a facial when he needed her. Bill backed up Hayley about telling her to go to the spa that day, and he was fine with it.

When his daughters and wife started arguing, the girls told Hayley they wanted to have a family conversation with Bill, and she could leave. Hayley told them she wouldn’t be insulted or kicked out of her own home, and told them they could leave instead. Naomi and Chelsea asked Bill to take their side, but he didn’t and said that before things escalated, they should actually go.

Once alone, Haley told Bill that he was just stressed, and what he really needed was to go on a holiday in St. Barts. She promised if he still needed to go to the hospital after a week away, she would make the appointment herself. After Bill agreed to the holiday, he told her they needed to talk about the way she treated his daughters.

Kat, Naomi, and Chelsea Compare Notes

At the club, Kat met with Martin for brunch. They talked about Tyrell and Jessica, Nicole and Kial, and Ted and Shanice. Kat asked if Martin would like to see their parents find their way back together, and he agreed he did.

Later, after Martin left, Chelsea and Naomi went to the club and told Kat what happened at Bill’s. The three talked about Hayley and started comparing notes. They shared their own stories with Hayley, and revealed to each other that she lied about her ultrasound, that Hayley used her friendship to intentionally pursue Bill and find cracks in his marriage, and that there were a lot of little lies that all added up. Kat suggested she could be trying to kill Bill.

They also wondered if she was having an affair. Chelsea noted that she and Madison saw Hayley having an intense conversation with Sammy. Dani came in and overheard them talking. She revealed that Vanessa knew Sammy as “Randy.” Dani was livid when they told her that Bill allowed Hayley to kick out Chelsea and Naomi.

Dani Checks on Nicole

At Nicole’s, Dani walked into Nicole’s bedroom and watched Nicole and Kial in bed from the bedroom door until Nicole noticed her. Dani made herself at home, but Nicole told her to wait downstairs for her. When Nicole came down to talk to her, Dani shared her conversation with Naomi.

Dani was worried that she would stick her foot in her mouth with her daughter in the future, so Naomi told her to be mindful with her words and think before she speaks. Nicole and Kial had to go to work, so they all left.

Ted Overhears Kial’s Conversation

When Kial got to the hospital, he ran into Martin in the elevator. He offered him two tickets to a game to take his son to. When they got to the nurses’ station, Shanice announced that Kial was supposed to be on a flight, but he told her he overslept and rescheduled. Shanice also pointed out loudly that Nicole hadn’t picked up her files yet and supposed that she rescheduled as well.

Martin listened uncomfortably, as did Ted and Andre behind her. Ashley told Shanice not to love-shame Dr. Rollins. “Oh, is that what it is, love?” Shanice asked Kial. He told Shanice that he and Nicole didn’t use labels. He walked away as Martin spotted Ted and went over to him to ask if he was okay with overhearing what he did.

Ted said that Kial didn’t use the L word but noted that he and Nicole are just friends. A few minutes later, he and Shanice were talking about being in love as Nicole walked off the elevator. She quipped that everyone knew already and everyone was happy for them. Andre called out that he seconded that theory, and Ashley gave it a third.
