Beyond the Gates Introduces Noah Rollins as Nick Hagelin Joins the Cast

On today’s Beyond the Gates, viewers met Noah Rollins, the son of Dr. Kial Rollins. The aspiring musician made an immediate connection with Deanna McBride before reuniting with his father.

Nick Hagelin Joins the BTG Cast

Beyond the Gates added a new member to the Rollins family on Wednesday’s episode when Noah Rollins arrived in Fairmont Crest.

Played by singer, songwriter, and actor Nick Hagelin, Noah made his first impression as a struggling musician trying to find his footing. His debut also hinted that music could become an important part of his story.

Noah Rollins Makes His First Appearance

Noah’s first stop in town brought him to Orphey Gene’s, where he met Deanna McBride. Down on his luck and short on cash, Noah admitted he was broke, prompting Deanna to lend him $20.

The encounter established Noah as someone trying to make ends meet while chasing his dream of becoming a musician. Not long afterward, Noah reunited with his father, Dr. Kial Rollins. Kial wasn’t thrilled to discover his son had arrived in town with little money, but his frustration quickly gave way to encouragement.

Rather than dwell on Noah’s financial struggles, Kial reminded him that Fairmont Crest was central to other cities that offered opportunities for musicians. He suggested Noah apply for a job at the clinic so he could earn a steady paycheck while pursuing his music career.

Who Plays Noah Rollins?

Nick Hagelin brings an extensive entertainment background to Beyond the Gates. Born in New York City to two professional singers, Hagelin trained at the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center before dancing with prestigious companies including American Ballet Theatre, Carolina Ballet, and the Kirov.

Hagelin’s acting career began as a child after landing a role in The Emperor’s Club, which led to national commercials and a guest appearance on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Music eventually became his primary focus. In 2013, Hagelin signed with Interscope Records and later competed on Season 10 of The Voice, finishing in the Top 9. His original music has since appeared across television, awards shows, and entertainment programming.

In addition to his music career, Hagelin has continued acting, with credits including Sweet Magnolias, The Hunting Wives, and several independent films before joining Beyond the Gates.

A New Chapter for the Rollins Family

Noah’s arrival expands the Rollins family on Beyond the Gates while introducing a character whose musical ambitions could lead to fresh stories in Fairmont Crest.

With support from Kial, an early friendship with Deanna, and a possible job at the clinic on the horizon, Noah already has several paths that could shape his future.

Whether music remains his primary focus — or life in Fairmont Crest takes him in an unexpected direction — his debut suggests viewers will be seeing much more of Noah Rollins.
