Anna (Finola Hughes) has been trapped at Wyndermere for months, held by Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and his secret partner who was revealed last week to be Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) of the WSB. Cullum is hard-core when it comes to lack of empathy — almost more than Sidwell himself.
Last week, Anna’s seemingly regular caregiver, Pascal (Marc Forget), couldn’t hold up against her when she tried to attack him to escape, and Cullum had to step in. Even in her weakened state, Cullum can see she’s an issue. They’ve now moved on to phase two of her capture, which is, apparently, making her think that Faison is alive and the one behind her kidnapping.
This week on General Hospital, Anna has to grapple with that possibility. Her mind is playing tricks on her, and so are the people holding her captive. Can Anna keep up her strength both physically and mentally?
Meanwhile, Emma’s (Braedyn Bruner) getting more and more of a bad feeling that something has happened to her grandmother and turns to Nathan (Ryan Paevey) for help. But is there more at play there?
Nina (Cynthia Watros) wants to celebrate, of course. Her daughter Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was just exonerated, and she shows up at Drew’s with a bottle of champagne. But the troubles are not over for the Cains.
Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) is on damage control duty. He’s got to protect Michael (Rory Gibson), but to do that, he needs to help ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor). This was a high-profile case, and it didn’t go well. Evidence went missing, someone undermined the case, and in the end, she lost.
Turner’s out for vengeance, and points her anger towards Chase (Josh Swickland). Meanwhile, Sonny promises to help however he can as it’s in his best interest to keep a friendly face on the side of the prosecution.
But not everyone is keeping their cool. Michael punches Chase in the face during a fight — and who knocks some reality into Drew’s face as well?
Punches and slaps aren’t being held back this week on General Hospital. Check out the video below and see for yourself.
