Y&R Spoilers: Is the Bridge Burned for Holden and Audra, or Just Starting to Smolder?

Let’s cut to the chase, Young and the Restless fans. Seeing Audra and Holden reconnect makes us feel like we’re watching a slow-motion train wreck — but honestly? We can’t look away. But we have to wonder: can these two ever actually function as a couple, or have they already dynamited the bridge?

We know that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) share a shady past in Los Angeles — and by shady, we mean they covered up an accidental murder. But is it a benefit that they already know the possibly worst thing you could find out about your partner’s past?

Not having such a secret might be the one thing neither Holden nor Audra is used to. Audra has struggled to keep her past from affecting her relationships, and Holden is currently trying to ward off Claire’s (Hayley Erin) prying questions about what really happened years ago in Los Angeles.

Maybe being with someone who not only knows your deepest, darkest secret but also understands is the relationship perk they both need.

Audra vs Claire

Audra hates losing, especially to other women for a man’s affections. Audra already won against Claire when it came to seducing Kyle, but she kind of has a “I saw him first” vibe when it comes to Holden.

With Holden and Claire getting closer, would Audra welcome the challenge to try to lure him away? They would both be at risk of angering Claire to the point that she looks into their past even more.

However, the chemistry between Silver and Owens is undeniable — even just a look between them is smoldering. And while Claire and Holden steamed up our screens when they were in L.A. a few months ago, part of their sizzle was because of the contrast we’d seen from Genoa City’s good girl, to Claire finding her devilish side in the City of Angels.

What do you think: Holden and Audra would be fire, or he should continue with Claire? Tell us in the comments!
