Days of our Lives Spoilers VIDEO Jan 5-9: NYE brings heartache for Javi, shocks for Kristen, Abe, Brady, and Stephanie
Days of our Lives spoilers alert! This week on Days of our Lives, it’s still New Year’s Eve in Salem, and there are going to be some changes before the year is out and the new one begins.
Days of our Lives Spoilers

Last week on Days of our Lives, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) got married. Despite having Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) with a front row seat of the ceremony, things went off without a hitch.
In fact, Leo and Javi were enjoying wedded bliss for an entire nanosecond — until they had a surprise guest: Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte).
What will Dimitri’s return mean for Salemites? For Leo, it’s a bag of mixed feelings. Dimitri’s been away in a maximum security prison, and anxious to get back to the man he loves.
But Leo just got married, and he does love Javi. Gwen even recently tried to separate the two by getting Leo to follow up on a tip she’d gotten that Dimitri was spotted — but Leo declined.
But will his love remain steadfast with Javi with Dimitri in Salem? Or will Javi is feel like he’s losing his new husband no matter what Leo says?
One thing is for sure: Ari (Marissa Reyes) is going to have a field day about this one.
Meanwhile, New Year’s Eve festivities continue around Salem. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) rings in the New Year with Jeremy (Michael Roark), and Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackee Harry) get an NYE miracle when Theo wakes up.
Newly engaged Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Alex (Rob Scott Wilson) don’t see an ominous figure nearby, and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) surprises Tate (Leo Howard).
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) might also get her dreams to come true, or unleash a nightmare, when her brother Peter (Dan Gauthier) wakes up in the hospital.
