Erin is a trusted voice in the industry and holds the distinction of being the original sole writer for CBS’s first official The Young and the Restless website. She was a correspondent, writer, and eventually the Editor of Soap Central.
Erin launched The Soap Scene to provide fans with a “true soap-only” experience. She is dedicated to preserving the legacy of daytime drama, delivering accurate news and analysis for the viewers who have watched these characters for decades.

Kris Grandinetti-Johnson isn’t just a soap fan; she’s a genre innovator. A lifelong viewer who cut her teeth watching All My Children, One Life to Live, and General Hospital alongside her beloved grandmother, Kris brings over two decades of deep lore and passion to The Soap Scene.
