Devon and Lily caught up over coffee at Crimson flights, and she told him she was going to the Abbott Communications launch to support Sally. Cane spotted them and came over to make small talk. Devon left, so Cane hoped to take his seat, but Lily got frosty real quick.

Cane sat down, but Lily asked if Phyllis was going to follow him in there. Cane laughed at how mean she was to him and made small talk anyway. She mentioned she was going to the Abbott Communications launch but dryly said it would be boring. “Not if we go together,” Cane suggested.

Lily blasted Cane for not having an invitation, and that Billy didn’t consider him family. “Cane, everyone knows that your star has fallen, so this little game of humility is as fake as your phony French name,” Lily said with an eye roll. She told him that tying himself to Phyllis didn’t help his case, but Cane eliminated that issue since he had no ties to Phyllis “in any way, shape, or form.”

Lily mocked Cane about Phyllis stealing the software, noting that he was upset that she lied to him about it. She said that he realized they had nothing without trust. Cane ignored her jabs and asked again to go to the party together.

Cane told Lily that he believed in them and was sure they would have a good time. Lily said if she didn’t go then people would wonder why she wasn’t there but didn’t anticipate enjoying it. Cane said he was worried about her inability to have fun anymore.

Lily said that she’d go with him but also told him he was pitiful. She said he had to wear a retro ‘50s suit. “It’s a date,” Cane told her. Lily insisted it was just two people arriving at the same place at the same time. She thought everyone would wonder if she’d been hypnotized, showing up with Cane. He was beaming that she agreed to go together.

In the GCAC lobby, Audra asked Noah how he was after the accident. He assured her he was okay, and Nick tried to move things along, but Noah ignored him and asked how she was. Audra told them she was fabulous and that she hoped to see him again. They shared a lingering look before Audra walked away.

Once alone, Nick pointed out that Sienna had an edge to her, and she’d put up some walls. He didn’t like that she claimed to never know that Mitch was Matt, and he didn’t like that they were together. Noah told his dad that Sienna was in danger because of him and that he instigated their relationship.

Noah insisted that his sole focus was on keeping her safe. Nick told Noah to trust that he and Victor had a plan in place to keep them all safe, and Matt would not win.

Audra was at the bar when Holden came into the GCAC. He told her that she looked desperate since everyone going to the party would have to walk by her to get downstairs.

Audra said that she was invited but wasn’t going for Sally’s sake. Holden told Audra he wasn’t actually her enemy, but she kept treating him like one. He told her to save herself some humiliation by going upstairs and drink up there. Audra refused, then they bickered about Claire again.

Holden couldn’t figure out what Audra’s problem was with Claire. He pointed out that she’d traveled the world and met thousands of rich, beautiful women, and none of them bothered her like Claire. Holden suggested that if she was going to stay in town, then she needed to learn to get along with Claire.

Audra reiterated that she was going to take Claire down, and no one would stop her. “Don’t bet on that,” Holden warned. He told her that if she went down, she wouldn’t be taking him with her.

Audra said that Holden was only power-adjacent and always would be. She warned that Claire would grow bored of him like she did. “You don’t want to mess with Claire because you really don’t want to mess with me,” Holden said.

At Sharon’s, Sienna asked if Victor was always so intimidating. Sharon said he could be, but she’d be okay if she had nothing to hide. Sienna assured Sharon that she was never using Noah. Sharon was glad to hear it but also wanted to talk realistically about their future.

Sharon insisted that whether it was the next day or years later, Matt would reappear to get revenge. Sharon pointed out that Sienna was resilient because she’d lived a life where she had to battle to survive. She wondered if Sienna wished that for Noah as well.

Sienna pointed out that Noah and Ally weren’t happy and had grown apart. According to Noah, Sienna thought that Ally must have felt the same way as she didn’t come to L.A. after his accident. Sharon asked if Sienna was in love with Noah. Sienna thought she was.

Sharon told Sienna honestly that the thought of a woman like her being with her son bothered her a great deal. “Someone just tried to kill your son, and you’re worried about his love life?” Sienna asked. “I’m worried about his safety and his well-being,” Sharon told her.

Sharon said that Matt would come after her, and Noah would stand in his way. Someone knocked at the door and Sienna jumped. Sharon told her that her first thought was ‘he’s here.’ “Because you know this isn’t over,” Sharon warned.

Sharon let Claire in and asked to speak to Sienna, so Sharon left them alone. Sienna knew she wanted to know about Holden and Audra. Claire told her what she knew so far and asked Sienna to fill her in on what Holden left out.

Sienna confirmed the story that Holden told her about the stolen wallet and him getting paid a cut by Audra. Sienna said she always suspected there was more.

Before they could continue, Noah and Nick returned. Sienna suggested they talk again later, and Claire left to get ready for the launch party. Sienna told Noah she thought it made sense for her to leave Genoa City as soon as possible.
