Days of our Lives Recap Monday, November 24, 2025, Rachel confesses, Marlena confronts EJ
On the Days of our Lives episode on Monday, November 24th, Sarah gets medical treatment in the hospital, Rachel confesses to Brady, and Marlena confronts EJ.
What Happened on Days of our Lives
On Days of our Lives, the paramedics arrived at the pub to tend to Sarah. Roman was beside himself, unsure how she was given pistachio ice cream when he made them himself. He did note that Rachel had switched her order, but made one at a time without cross-contamination.
Leo and Gwen saw one another in the square, and she asked him if he’d decided to accept her proposal to search for Dimitri. Leo said he was too busy investigating where Kristen and Tony were so Gwen tried to change his mind. She suggested it would help him with unresolved feelings but he said he didn’t need closure and was in love. “For now,” Gwen muttered as they parted.
EJ visited Marlena, who was just catching up on the news of Kristen’s escape. She scolded EJ about the consequences of keeping the secret about Rachel. Kayla and Belle came in with a new prognosis. Kayla said they could switch to oral antibiotics, and then Marlena could go home.
EJ went home and Gwen told him that Leo was a no-go. He tried to suggest ways to convince Leo but Gwen said she knew him well enough to know that no meant no.
In the hallway, Belle blasted EJ about his cutbacks but were interrupted by Sarah’s arrival. Rachel saw EJ and said she had to go to the restroom, while Sarah was taken to a room so Kayla could tend to her. Kayla surmised there had been some sort of accidental cross-contamination and that even just a little pistachio could cause a severe reaction. She offered to call Maggie for her. Sarah was deep in thought and told not to call anyone else.
Kayla checked Marlena again, and found her in pain. Marlena said her heart felt like it was beating out of her chest. Belle was alarmed when Kayla suggested immediate surgery to implant a pacemaker. Marlena thought it was a great idea.
Brady and Rachel got an update from Kayla, and then Brady asked Rachel if she intentionally hurt Sarah. Rachel said she didn’t know why she did it, that she’d been feeling worried about Marlena, and had seen Sarah and Brady hugging, and she’d read the story about being kidnapped and it all made her feel a kind of way. Rachel claimed to be sorry but Brady likened it to the pumpkin catapult.
Rachel told Brady she was just a bad person and he didn’t know what else she had done. Brady apprehensively asked what she meant, and Rachel told him that she was the one who shot EJ.
