General Hospital Recap Wednesday, November 26, 2025, Liesl unites Nina and Willow, Chase revisits suspects, Stella goes off on Drew
Here’s what went down in Port Charles on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, when Michael was frustrated with Chase’s lack of family loyalty, Liesl orchestrated a reunion, Portia realized she had more troubles, and Dante took another look at suspects with Nathan.
What Happened on General Hospital
At the gallery, Trina told Ava that Jordan would be making her purchases elsewhere after she told her that she planned to ensure that Jordan and Curtis didn’t reunite. Ava didn’t think that she could keep them apart if they really wanted to be together. Trina thought her dad should care how much she resented Jordan.
Portia interrupted when she came to see Trina at work. Trina invited her to come with her and meet with Curtis and Stella for dinner, but Portia declined. Trina was upset when Portia added that she was covering for another doctor on Thanksgiving. Ava listened as she recalled how Nina told her that she implicated Portia in Drew’s shooting.
Alone with Ava, Portia confided that Trina wasn’t the only one worried that they’d be separated. She said that she was worried when Trina found out about the baby, she’d be more upset. She added she was waiting to say anything until after the first trimester and then there was the paternity issue.
Ava told Portia there could be something else that could separate Portia and Trina. Ava told Portia that Nina threw her under the bus. “Did Nina tell the police that Drew was blackmailing me?” Portia asked.
Ava wasn’t sure exactly what was said and done but she was pretty sure that Nina said something. She said that Nina didn’t know why Drew was blackmailing her, but Portia worried that if the police were involved, they would figure it out. “I can’t give birth to my child in prison,” Portia cried.
Liesl dropped by Drew’s, and Willow asked if she was there to talk her out of marrying him. Instead, Liesl wanted to encourage Willow to make up with Nina. When Willow balked, Liesl told her that everyone makes mistakes and forgives, except Willow, who turned her back on Nina.
Liesl told Willow had a chance to make amends and opened the door to Nina. Liesl brought her inside, and Nina told Willow that Drew had invited them to the wedding, but she wouldn’t go if Willow didn’t want her there.
Willow wondered why Nina would even want to come since she hated Drew and hated the fact that they were even together — to the point that she’d “hired a hooker to break them up.” Nina said that was true, but she would support Willow no matter what. She asked for another chance.
Willow admitted that she’d made a few mistakes and that Nina stood by her. Since they were family and that’s what family does, Willow decided to try. She said she missed her mom too, although she did say she wasn’t sure if they would ever be as close as they once were.
At the PC Grill, Drew met with Martin and told him he was marrying Willow. Martin wished he’d just let Alexis do her job. Drew told him that he was going to get Willow her freedom and her children, and then he could focus on the people who had done him wrong.
Curtis met Stella at the door and offered to go to Cafe Cherie instead because Drew was there, but she said Drew was the one who should leave. Stella wondered if Curtis and Portia had reconciled yet, but he said they were going ahead with the divorce.
Trina arrived, and Stella asked if her mom was coming to Thanksgiving dinner. Trina said she had to work, but she’d bring her a plate of food after.
Stella couldn’t stop looking at Drew during dinner, and when Curtis brought up the hardships they’d had, Stella was quick to finger-point Drew. She said it was high time someone confronted him about it, and before anyone could stop her, she approached Drew and Martin at the bar.
“Good evening, Congressman Cutthroat. How many lives do you plan on destroying this evening?” Stella began. Martin intervened and told Stella he was sure she didn’t want to cause a scene. “Just because I don’t want to doesn’t mean I won’t,” she snapped.
Stella told Drew that he should crawl up under the bar in shame. She told him off for using his power of the office to come after her and threaten her with prison. She said he was corrupt and did it to get back at Curtis. Drew got under her skin seconds later so Martin stepped between them.
Stella warned her friend not to work for a snake as he poisoned everything he touched, and used Willow as the example.
Lulu brought Rocco home, who was grateful to be there. Lulu told Rocco to catch up with Charlotte and Danny so she and Jason could go outside to talk.
Jason told Lulu that he was told not to bring the kids into the station, but he hadn’t told them yet, as he didn’t know why. Lulu surmised it was because Dalton was missing. She wondered if Sonny had anything to do with that.
Jason assured Lulu that Sonny did not have Dalton killed. Lulu said that it was only sort of a relief, because if Dalton was alive, he could come back at any time.
At the station, Dante thanked Nathan for his help with Rocco. He said he was a good friend, and a good cop, and asked him to help him take another look at who shot Drew.
Dante didn’t want to reopen the case, but didn’t want it to come back on them that they didn’t look at all suspects. So he wanted to check and make sure they didn’t miss anything. Nathan thought that Chase would be better suited, but Dante didn’t want him on the case at all.
Dante knew that Alexis was going to point the finger at Michael. Nathan wondered if there was any change in Michael’s alibi. They agreed that Nina was a long shot as the shooter, and that Carly was a strong possibility.
Nathan thought that Tracy and Sonny weren’t likely, and Dante agreed. Nathan said they should take a look at Curtis.
At the Q mansion, Chase wanted to make Thanksgiving dinner but Brook Lynn reminded him that the cursed kitchen wouldn’t allow that. Michael came home and was irritated that Chase was questioning him about framing Willow. Michael told Chase that he was so convinced Willow was innocent because he thought he knew her so well.
When Chase insisted he did know Willow better, Michael said it should come no surprise then that she was marrying Drew on Thanksgiving. Chase, however, looked very surprised.
Michael told Brook Lynn how he had a follow-up appointment at GH and overheard her inviting Elizabeth. “And once again, she was sporting Lila’s engagement ring,” he added. Brook Lynn thought it was appalling, but Chase defended her. “Clearly, it wasn’t Willow’s idea; it was Drew’s,” Chase shrugged.
Michael said it could be a ploy to stay out of prison, but he didn’t give a damn what Willow was thinking anymore. After Michael walked away, Brook Lynn told Chase that Michael had a point.
Chase said he was under the impression that Brook Lynn was beginning to think that Michael was guilty. Brook Lynn said she changed her mind after talking to him at the hospital. She said how supportive he was about Gio, and that he’d reached out to him to come talk to her and that it turned out so well. “He called me ‘Mom,’” Brook Lynn shared. Chase hugged her.
